Positive: 1) Very helpful staff ! We forgot some of our stuff in the room and they immediately contacted us. 2) Superb breakfast!

Negative: Staff could not help with the information about best hiking routes which are just outside the hotel.

Positive: Villa located in a quiet area, in a small forest, just 10- minute drive from the city center. The room was much more spacious than usual, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. The buffet breakfast was served in a beatiful restaurant. I really enjoyed the atmosphere - calm and relaxing, perfect for autumn or winter stay.

Positive: Breakfast was good with some assortment of food. I dont remember a restaurant. In fact, we had dinner in town

Positive: A plea It was a great pleasure to stay here. The staff were all friendly and diligent. We're particularly grateful to the manager, who was helpful when we had a small medical problem. The room was spacious, pleasant, quiet and clean. Breakfasts were good, and the dinner we had was delicious and well-presented. We took several long walks through the forests. The castle in Cesis is well worth a visit, and Cesis is full of nice cafes and restaurants.

Negative: Take some effective mosquito repellent! This is only a problem outdoors at certain times - they have very good screens on the windows.

Summary: Great hotel in beautiful location. Highly recommended!
