Fantastic villa in Arenal with private pool, located in a quiet and residential area but only 5 minutes walk from the tourist spot par excellence of the island, with the ideal combination of beaches, promenades, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday with family or friends.
Outside the house there is a wonderful swimming pool and a huge garden, fully furnished and with sun loungers to enjoy sunbathing, reading a book or simply enjoying good company. You will also find outdoor furniture and a barbecue to enjoy and make every summer afternoon a pleasure. Inside, a large window gives access to the spacious living room, with comfortable armchairs, surrounded by a delicate decoration. The dining room communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped and at your disposal.
The 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allow 12 guests to stay in total comfort. Free wifi is available. This villa is equipped with specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.
Public transport: less than 500 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in only 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). Summary: We were very satisfied about the villa. Lots of space and the rooms are very nice. The villa is situated in a quiet place. The only negative thing was the tennis court next to the villa. Early in the morning you will hear the tennis players hitting the ball. All over was the price quality of the villa very good. No comments

Summary: Really great location on a quiet street, but not far from the beach and restaurants -about 10 min walk-. The house is really great, but the outdoor furniture need an upgrade, it is tired and not matching, there are also a lot of dead plants on tha deck that brings down the impression. It could be GREAT if the invested some money in new outdoor furniture and fixed it up a bit. Would still recommend this house. The company we rented from were excellent and got us extra sunbeds, food on arrival and were really service minded. No comments

Summary: Stayed for a long weekend with a large group -12 people- and could not have asked for a better place to stay. - Host was very friendly and had provided some drinks for us already chilled on arrival. - The grounds are spacious and nice to relax in -especially the sun loungers around the pool area-. - The pool was clean and larger than expected, although it's not big enough to properly swim in. - The sun terrace is great for relaxing in the sun -or shade of the house-, although the plastic patio chairs could be improved. The best thing is the location as the villa is in a quiet street, but just a short walk from bars and restaurants as well as the enormous beach For the price, you couldn't get a better villa -and I looked through a lot before selecting this one-. No comments

Summary: - Die Kaffeemaschine ein sehr billiges Produkt und ist nicht in Ordnung. Die Pumpe scheint fehlerhaft zu sein. - Das Wasser lief in den Duschen - nicht gut ab. - Die Außenbeleuchtung nicht. - Leider kam aus der Außendusche am Pool kein Wasser. Ansonsten war die Finca top. Lage, Geräumigkeit, Ausstattung. Der Service von PorticVillas ist super. Gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr eine Buchung über PorticVillas!

Summary: We were 7 ladies staying in the great apartment in Arenal. Close to the beach and restaurants with a convenient bus to both Palma and the airport. Apartment was clean and well equipped. We were very happy about our stay. -

Summary: Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette villa. Les extérieurs sont agréables, la plage est proche et les commerces à proximité. Cependant, plusieurs points sont à souligner: - Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la villa était très propre mais le nettoyage des extérieurs laissaient à désirer mégots de cigarettes autour de la piscine, des bouteilles de bière vides dans le jardin, la piscine n’était pas correctement nettoyée - Pendant le séjour nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de rencontrer plusieurs cafard à l’intérieur de la maison - À la fin du séjour, le propriétaire nous a facturé 1 bidon d’eau et 2 packs de bière, alors que nous ne les avions pas utilisé. Heureusement que nous avions fait des photos pour prouver que nous avions raison. - Nous n’avons pas eu beaucoup d’eau chaude durant le séjour. Pour une villa de 12 personnes, plusieurs se sont lavés à l’eau froide. Nous sommes satisfait de la villa dans l’ensemble. Nous recommandons l’endroit qui est très sympa et calme, mais il faut rester vigilant. -
