Villa Antonietta and its garden full of trees are located in a very green and peaceful residential area, among olive-fields and other villas with their gardens. It is on the hillside, just 300 meters far from the lake shores as the crow flies. The central square of Torri and the lake shores can be reached following the steep bending asphalt road with a 1.5km drive or walk. It's the ideal position to be far enough from the lively atmosphere of Torri when you want peace and privacy and able to reach everything by a few minutes drive. The height of the position will offer you incomparable views.
It is an ideal accommodation for who want to enjoy a holiday full of opportunities: absolute relax and privacy inside the large real estate, endless chances to make sport, to have fun, to discover history and art in the neighborhood.
Perfect for two families who want to share living areas and keep privacy in two separate sleeping areas (first e second floor).
Interior spaces on two floors (270 sqm) +2 wonderful panoramic terraces (40sqm and 30sqm). First floor: 2 double rooms, 1 triple room, 1 single room, 2 bathrooms, wide kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, living room (50sqm) with fireplace, terrace.
Second floor: 1 double room, 1 single room, 1 bathroom, terrace.
For groups with more than 11 persons we offer:
- two folding beds for adults
- two beds for children up to eight years old
All these beds can be placed in any bedroom, which are all large enough to arrange one/two extra beds.
In the sitting room there is also a bed-couch.
In the villa there are also two babycots and a high chair available for babies.
The price is reduced for groups of up to 8 people thanks to the closure of the upper floor.

Summary: Phenomenal villa with dramatic views, including from the large pool, and all amenities; The inside space is easy for people with difficulty walking, the steps up to the house are challenging for seniors with walking problems (my mother). The city of Torri is charming and has a grocery store with EVERYTHING packed into the size of a living room; fascinating! Lots of things to do, including good restaurants, but the terrace has such stunning views, that we ate dinner at the villa most days. The place is truly hard to leave!

Summary: The photos of the property do not show just how beautiful this villa is. It was incredibly comfortable for our family of 9 - we particularity enjoyed the pool and the terraces. The views are simply stunning!

Summary: Villa Antonietta was a wonderful place to stay, the views were spectacular and we enjoyed many lazy meals on the terrace overlooking the lake, watching the sun set behind the mountains. The house was very clean and spacious for our family group of 8 and well equipped. The pool is large for a villa pool and this was appreciated by all. The town of Torri is beautiful and is well worth the steep walk down and climb back up. It's a short drive, so there is always this option if you have a car. Sabatino, the friendly caretaker, greeted us on arrival and showed us around and communication with the owners was easy and response was prompt., both pre and post holiday. This was a perfect holiday for our large group and I would love to return....highly recommended.

Summary: Our extended family of 7 total guests were unanimously thrilled with this residence. The place is very spacious and allowed for plenty of room for all of us to move about. The pool is tremendous and we spent much time there during our trip (a must-have feature considering we have two young children). I can't say enough about the view from the front deck....absolutely stunning and we could sit there morning through evening and take in the scenery. The location is a 5-minute drive to Torri del Benaco (very convenient), and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops there and in the surrounding area. The host was very responsive, and a special thanks to the property manager (Sabatino) for getting us checked in and out promptly, and addressing questions/needs throughout our stay. Truly a marvelous vacation for us and this place was a big part of it. We would certainly return here.

Summary: A large villa in a fantastic location with a superb view over the lake. Large terraces and big pool set behind and above the villa with views across to the lake. The pool is not heated and was very cold when we visited, but we didn't have great weather. Table tennis was great. Balls kept getting stuck in the table football, but to be honest the table tennis table got more use. Inside of the villa is very 'rustic', but we spent most of our time on the terrace despite the rubbish weather we had when we visited. Overall I would highly recommend for the view and the pool - if you get sunshine!

Summary: Large living space that easily accommodated 9 people. The swimming pool is great for lazy days and much bigger than anticipated. There is so much to do in and around the area, of note was going up the cable car at malcesine ( 20mins away by car) to mount baldi. Also, have a day trip across the lake in the ferry. Don't hesitate to book, the only bad thing I can say is that the pictures do not do the villa justice, much better!
