Tenerife Villas Online are pleased to offer you this large semi detached 2 bedroom villa with private heated pool and free WIFI. This villa is situated all on one level.
You can enter the villa from the main street (no steps), into a large front private terrace with gardens. Enter the villa into the spacious Lounge/Diner with American style kitchen. The lounge offers which has a 3 seater sofa bed (sleeps 5th & 6th person) and a chair. The large 32inch TV system has British, Spanish, German and Russian TV channels there is also a DVD player. The dining area consists of an expandable table and chairs for 6 guests, then into the Kitchen you will find a fitted kitchen with portable oven, hobb, fridger, mircowave, toaster, iron with board etc plus all the crockery and cooking utensils you would expect to find in a holiday home. Off the entrance hallway you will find Bedroom 1 that has a king size bed and large fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and large fitted wardrobes, both bedrooms have complimenting curtains and bed linen. There is also a large fully tiled shower room with huge walk in shower, basin and WC. Free wifi is also available at the villa.
The private heated pool is a rectangle shape and aprox measures 7 x 3.5 metres and 1.2 metre at shallow end and 1.60 metre at the deep end. You enter this stylish pool by roman steps. This pool is surrounded by a terrace with 4 sunbeds and table and chairs for 4. There is also part sea views. The Front terrace of the villa provides well kept gardens and BBQ for your enjoyment.

This villa is situated in a peaceful residential area of Chayofa. Chayofa is a beautiful and popular area, only 2 km from the busier resorts such as Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas, where you will find all amenities such as an abundance of beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, water parks etc and much more! However within a 5 minute walk from the villa is a local supermarket, 2 or 3 bars/restaurants and a tennis club. Also 1 km from Chayofa is the small town of La Camilla where you will find larger supermarkets and typical Canarian bars and restaurants. There is also a taxi rank and a bus stop nearby the villa which has a regular bus service into the other busier resorts.

Summary: The property is in a residential area and was very peaceful and being with a private pool was great to relax in after being out for the day. The owner/host was so cheery and helpful we felt at home and would very quickly recommend

Summary: Lovely little ground floor apartment of a villa. We were welcomed by lovely Fernando, he showed us around the villa and shared instructions of where things were, guides to help with our stay and WIFI access etc. Very clean and well maintained with plenty of clean towels and bedding. Locally there is a little shop open from 9.30-2.30 and again 4.30 to 6.30, ideal for fresh bread and water, drinks etc though we used Lidl for our main shop. There are a couple of restaurants locally we used a couple of times which were decent priced too. Be mindful there is a hill to walk to these, however, this is quite normal for most of Tenerife. We hired a car and this got us to Los Christianos, Las Americas and Siam Park within 10 minutes which was great. I managed to cook at the villa, there is a 2 plate hob, there was no oven but a microwave combi with a grill, and I made sure to take enough clothes for our stay as I'd made note there was no washing machine. It was really hot and we were grateful of the fans available to help us cool down. Great value for money in a nice residential area.

Summary: Stayed here with the hubby and kids we all enjoyed ourselves we found the pool area to be extremely safe for little ones you can easily gate off the pool area we used a sun lounger mattress and artificial grass is perfect for them to play on. The villa is clean and in great condition the place was spotless when we arrived and it is only a short walk to the mini market, a few bars & restaurants and here there is also a taxi rank where you can simply venture into the hustle and bustle of las americas its only about 5 minutes in a taxi and we didn't hire a car.

Summary: thanks for a nice stay here the accommodation was pleasant and its what we was looking for, everything was in order and it is well maintained, the terrace is positioned in the sun light all day long and it is also very private, the owner has also put more sun loungers around the pool there was more to what we saw in the photos

Summary: loved this place it was perfect for us its less than a 5 minute taxi ride to Los Cristianos and Las Americas but it was so lovely leaving the hustle and bustle and retreating back to peaceful Chayofa and to this villa with our own heated pool. Owner was very helpful the accommodation is fully equipped with cooking crockery and has uk channels which is what we like to have on holiday. overall excellent value for money
