Positive: We’ve come before and had a great time esp because of their manager at that time. Came back for the memories.

Negative: We did not know it was being renovated. Extensive work on the pool and the exterior rooms. Not pleasant. Went to breakfast at 9am as they told us that breakfast was till 9.30. Was surprised that they were already clearing the buffet but they quickly brought it back. Manager was shouting and speaking in a very loud voice which was unpleasant. We wish the staff would not treat the hotel like their home even when there are few guests during this time of the year. No need to shout or speak so loudly.

Summary: Great place but can improve with staff training and info when there’s renovation work.
