The 350 m2 property spreads in 3 levels and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms and up to 12 if necessary. The smart, minimal design, earthly tones in the fabrics, wooden furniture and stone details in the walls create a cozy, relaxing ambience throughout the property.

The main entrance opens up to the well equipped kitchen, indoor dining area and living room. The kitchen provides all essential appliances, as wll as an adjacent dining table for 8, so our guests can comfortable prepare their family meals and try the newly learned cretan recipes! The lounging area features a 55 Smart TV, fireplace, comfy seating area and direct access to the pool terrace. Two twin bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor, featuring a 32 TV, A/C, open closets and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin (the beds can also be joined together upon request to form a Queen size bed, 1,60 X 2,00). Finally, a WC is also at the disposal of our guests.
First Floor
Reaching the first floor, two more twin bedrooms can be found both featuring a 32 TV, A/C, open closets and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin (the beds can also be joined together upon request to form a King size bed, 1,80 X 2,00). Each bedroom provides direct access to a private veranda, one of which also boasts a 4 seater jacuzzi under a pergola enjoying magnificent views of the area, the Fortezza fortress and the endless blue of the greek sea and sky.

From the living room, stairs lead to an open space on the lower floor, offering a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests, 32 TV, a PS4, and a bathroom with shower cabin. The smart layout offers privacy among big parties and is ideal for families and friends.
Separate Bedroom
From the pool terrace, you can access the fifth and final bedroom of Villa Sorin, also providing 2 single beds (0,80 X 2,00) that can be joined together, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, 32 TV, A/C and open closet.
