Before booking or enquiring, we have to advise of you of something that may have an influence on your stay.
A large area of ground to the South of villa is having 27 new luxury villas built.
March 23 Update- Many of the villas are now complete but an area has recently started around 75m away to the South West which may cause disturbances during the day.
We do not have a build programme but now expect that if staying at the villa, you would have to accept some impact with some noise until 3-4pm most days. Thankfully there is a ‘buffer’ of villas in betweenand this site so privacy is not affected and it can only be seen from some areas of the villa.

On the bright side there may be no impact (or minimal in certain periods) but either way we are offering a discount for acceptance. We are offering a goodwill gesture to compensate which would be 15% off the rental price paid (cannot in used with any other offers).
The rough and the smooth have to be accepted equally but you may be lucky and have quiet days or periods and may be unlucky and have bad days or periods. The beach and some lovely cafe/tavernas lie only a few km away (as do many other quiet spots and hideaways) if there is an issue and in the evenings it will be quiet anyway.**.

**Description written before start of new development and building works**
This is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool in the St George's area near the renowned areas of Agios Georgios and Coral Bay. It is 750m from the beach and coastline and has sea views from most areas of the house. The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views (see below for details), a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. It may well be the perfect location for a vacation retreat.
The property has a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with large brown leather sofas having views of the television (with Premium Satellite and DVD), and through the patio doors into the garden and pool area. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. Making up the ground floor is a very nice twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom with bath and shower.. The bedroom also has patio doors out to the garden and pool making it a very private and self contained area. Upstairs, a galleried landing leads to 2 further bedrooms which again are of a good size, the master having a king-sized bed and en-suite which comprises shower and cubicle. The twin room also has an en-suite with bath and shower. A balcony runs the full length of the upstairs, facing south and affording wonderful views of the immediate farmland, over to the Mediterenean Sea with the monastery at Agios Georgios making up part of the scenery.
This is a great area to sit in peace and quiet, have breakfast or a coffee and relax and enjoy the Cyprus sunshine.

Please note that a camp bed can be provided (for a supplement*) so sleep an extra child making the capacity of the villa 7. We do not however accept single sex parties or groups of 7 adults.
Outside, a long (pergola covered) driveway that can accommodate 2 cars leads to the front of the house and round into the rear garden area.
The rear garden has been carefully landscaped and has a 9m x 4m kidney-shaped private pool with Roman Steps (new in Nov 2015) as its centrepiece.
The garden has been fenced to the sides and rear for further privacy and there is ample room poolside for the outdoor dining table and chairs with parasol.Gas and CharcaolBBQ's have been provided to assist with the outdoor lifestyle.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. Less than 15 minutes drive away: Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop. Less than 45 minutes drive away: Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, a museum, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Brilliant location, close to coral Bay, and not too far from airport. We come to Cyprus every few years, will also go to fat mamas and the aphrodite water park. Loved the sunset restaurant near to villa, went 3 times!
Absolutely satisfied with your service. We had 1 issue when there and Robin quickly attended the property to fix the alarm.
Nothing I can think of to improve. The villa was perfect, exactly as described and very clean! Me and my family had a wonderful holiday! ''

''We used letsrentonline.com to rent a villa in paphos and we had the pleasure of renting villa st George in peyia. The villa was lovely and in a great spot ,a short walk to the little harbour of agios Georgios and only a 10 minute drive to the strip of coral bay with its bars and restaurants.
There is a taverna the sunset only a 2 minute walk from the villa.
This is the second time we have used letsrentonline.com and both villas we have had have been great.
We are already looking at our next holiday to Cyprus and we will definitely be using letsrentonline.com as the communication and the service we have had, especially in dealing with Stephen has been second to none. ''Once again I cannot praise villa st george enough. This is our fourth visit and returning again in September. Let's rent on line have been outstanding particularly yourself. Robin the property manager is very helpful and hass replied immediately to any concerns I have had.
Although the building work continues the disruption is diminishing but still there!!
Everything you want is here and it is a real home from home. There are some lovely restaurants in the coral Bay area
Sala thai serves the most amazing Thai food and also recommend santa marina fish restaurant sea you further along the coast past coral Bay. Seriani is good value. Sea caves is lovely. You are always welcomed back with open arms. Oniros is the best place to eat and watch the sunset by the boat wreck
Phillipos the supermarket is just a 10 minute drive from the villa and you can get virtually anything from there. You do need a car for the villa!!

''Lovely, well-appointed villa with large comfortable bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms and a large outside garden with a lovely swimming pool. The villa was very clean and the welcome pack was very useful as we arrived just after midnight. Villa St George was excellent value for money, very spacious and with everything we needed. Great location, although I would recommend a car to make getting around easy, it was a 30 minute drive to Paphos airport. We ate at Sunset café (5 minutes walk from the villa) several times, the meals were always delicious and fantastic value. We also enjoyed lunch at the Last Castle, an afternoon quiz at Peggy’s Secret Garden in Peyia and the best meze at Melitiza Taverna in Tala. Pizza Hut delivery was also great. The villa booking process was very easy, Steven replied to my emails quickly and provided a lovely friendly service. This is the 4th villa we have booked through Lets Rent Online and we have never been disappointed. We found Villa St George to be in a very peaceful location, the building work didn’t disturb us at all, occasionally it just sounded like someone doing DIY on their property. There are lovely views down to the sea from the upstairs balcony and the sunsets are gorgeous, it looks like the sun just drops into the sea. ''

''We really enjoyed the villa as a family of 6. There was no building issues and the site in front looks quite completed. The villas also look attractive and there is a sea view from upstairs and some areas of downstairs. The area itself is wonderful with tavernas, cafes and great little harbour for swimming and relaxing. It wasnt far to go to Coral Bay fr a night out either. We thoroughly recommend this villa''

''Thank you for the return of our damage deposit. The villa was beautiful in a quiet area it had everything we needed couldn’t have asked for anything more.
The location was a quiet area near to bus service if not hiring a car. The building which is ongoing behind the property( which we were made aware of) was on most days ok we had a couple of dusty and noisy days which was not too bad and was bearable. We love the grande in Peyia which is friendly with lovely food.
I found Steven from let’s rent online to be really helpful and prompt with any questions or problems I had at home and when we were away, where emails were answered very quickly. We found the local manager robin good I had difficulty getting through to him but think that was due to my phone not connecting. He came around every 3 days to see to the pool which was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday thank you for all your help and allowing us to hire the villa it was a lovely holiday. Kind regards, Sharon''

''Property was faultless it was immaculate, comfy beds excellent pool area. peaceful location easy to find. We very much had a chilling out holiday. Phillipos supermarket 10 minute drive has everything you need and is very reasonable, especially barbecue meats. We ate at oniro which was delicious and sunset restaurant which is only a short walk away. We only had to call robin out once as we got in a pickle with the safe . I messaged late evening and he was there first thing next day . Cleaning girls had the villa spick and span min-hol. We visit Cyprus every year and definitely will consider villa st George next year.''

'We had a lovely holiday thank you. Villa was lovely and just as described. The location was perfect for us as we hire a car. The service we received was very good from the booking. The cleaning ladies who came in were lovely and made us feel very welcome. All communication was perfect. We dont feel there is anything else you can do to the villa to improve it as everything is there that you need and it has very nice furnishings. We holiday in Cyprus every year sometimes we visit twice if we are lucky
Just to update you with the work at the back of the villa nothing is happening at the moment so it is still very quite. The new high fence has made a big difference''

The villa was Absolutely beautiful. I loved the location. We did the off road buggies over to Latchi, which was great. Latchi is lovely too. Kathikas is a stunning little village with lovely restaurants definitely worth a visit. The Segway tour was great fun! Go Karting & Foot golf great for my son's (14 &16) Sea You, Sea Caves & Oniro all fab places to watch the sunset, eat & relax. Kings Avenue shopping centre was fab.
Amazing service from you... always on hand for advice! Locally, again amazing... very friendly & helpful. A huge thanks to your taxis too. Both drivers were just fabulous. The vehicles were Spotless & spacious along with complimentary refreshments. We will definitely book these again when back in Paphos. We had an amazing time, thank you to all involved. Best regards.
