The living space of 150m² comprises a spacious living and dining room, a separate and fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two daylight bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The living room has a generous 50m², air-conditioned (cool/warm) with a corner sofa suite made of leather and matching stools, a coffee table, a TV with cable and satellite channels, a kitchen with a ceramic hob with an elegant extractor fan made of stainless steel, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a convenient guest toilet . The three bedrooms( two rooms have a double bed and the third has three single beds),with bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. The second, separate bathroom, shared by the other two bedrooms, is fitted the same as the en-suite bathroom. A cot can be provided on request and plenty of bed linen and hand towels are provided. You can use the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa free of charge.
The bedrooms and living room have access to a big sunny balcony furnished with a table, chairs and loungers, affording an extensive panoramic view over the natural landscape. In the garden there is a private pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The traditional stone grill on the roofed terrace next to it, with an outdoor kitchen, invites you to enjoy leisurely meals together outdoors and under a starry sky. As the pool can be illuminated at night, you can turn night into day here, on the 1500m² garden site with a forest behind .There are secure parking spaces right in front of the house.

Summary: This house is seriously amazing, one of my best rentals ever (& I have done a lot). It's huge, super clean & really beautiful. I couldn't have been happier. The Terrace is so gorgeous it's hard to tear yourself away. However, you can do the walk into Cavtat from just outside the house, the supermarket is only 8 mins walk (There is a shortcut) and the restaurant (Domestico) is fantastic too. The garden & pool lights up at night which is just magical. Garden full of orange & olive trees. Close to the airport but you can hardly hear the planes. And then there is Tonca, she is the best host. Very communicative throughout, helpful with everything & also lovely. We had a mis-hap & she couldn't have been more kind & reassuring. She even bought us a leaving gift. Thank you so much Tonca. You should book this!

Summary: Beautiful villa, gardens and pool, just as pictures, a home from home with all the little extras thought of. Tonca and her husband are wonderfully kind hosts, with nothing too much trouble, arranging airport pick ups / drop offs, baking us a lovely cake and leaving a bowl of fruit for us. Nice resturant and supermarket in easy walking distance of villa. Walked into Cavtat once but used taxi s on other occasions due to the heat, which were reasonably priced. Enjoyed the beach in Cavtat and a trip to Dubrovnik on the boat. Hope to return and would definitely recommend.

Summary: We travelled as 2 couples and spent our last 5 nights here. The location was so peaceful despite being so close to the airport. The gardens and pool were just the perfect place to chill after travelling around Croatia. Tonca is a lovely lady and is very friendly and helpful. The local restaurant and supermarket are just a 2 minute drive away and the food is amazing, we ate there almost every night, great choice too. Would highly recommend Villa Sun ☀️

Summary: We had a fantastic 12 day stay at Villa Sun.Tonca was very kind and helpful, she was very thoughtful and left us a very welcome platter which was much appreciated. The Villa is ideally situated for both Cavtat, which is beautiful, and the airport, so nice not to have to travel far to the airport and yet the Villa was so peaceful! The Villa itself was perfect for the 4 of us, very clean, the pool was great, setting lovely, very easy to travel to other places, we couldn't fault it and would love to come back to again. Thank you for having us, we had a fantastic time.

Summary: The best villa we have ever stayed in. Lovely quiet village but a supermarket and great restaurant within 10 min walk. Cavtat short drive away- blown away by its beauty. Dubrovnik within easy reach too. Beautiful spacious villa, fully air con and wonderful pool. Quality furniture, plentiful amenities and the hosts were just delightful. We will be back. Very sad to leave.

Summary: The villa is set in a quiet village with a supermarket just 10 minutes walk away. Although it is close to the airport, you do not really hear the planes. Tonja the host is very good, calling one evening with cakes that she had made, and also giving gifts to us on leaving. It was a real help that they picked us up at the airport and even took us to the supermarket after getting to the villa. The villa was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Everything was just what we wanted. I cannot express how happy we all were with the villa. I would definitely recommend this villa to someone wishing to go there.

Summary: We were with 7 people for 7 days in the villa and had a great stay! We had lots of space, the flat and kitchen were equipped with everything we needed! We were also very grateful for the air conditioning in all rooms. The outdoor area with the pool was also great! We also had several barbecues there! The landlords were very nice, always answered quickly and helped us well. Thank you very much for everything!

Summary: This is the most beautiful property and location. So tranquil but within easy reach of amenities. Owners could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Everything you need is catered for. All of my party of 7 would happily stay again and recommend. Miss it already!

Summary: What an amazing place ! We had a weeks stay in June at the property and had a fantastic time. The villa is perfect, the pool is fantastic and we spent many a lovely evening sat on the balcony stargazing. Although close to the airport it was remarkably quiet and we hardly noticed the planes at all. Tonca was a great host, she met us when we arrived and provided lovely food and wine, she gave us some insight into the area for our stay which was really helpful. Cavtat is a lovely village with nice bars and restaurants, a trip into Dubrovnik is a must. We loved the area and will definitely be coming back.

Summary: A lovely, private and secluded setting. Although close to the airport, really and surprisingly minimal noise. Supermarket close…great walks directly from the house and access to Cavtat and Dubrovnik really easy!
