Positive: We recently stayed at this villa with a large group and had a great time overall. The property is incredibly spacious, spread out over multiple levels — with two floors above the ground floor (containing several bedrooms) and two floors below (including a bedroom, gym, and games room). It’s ideal for large groups looking for plenty of space. The location is excellent — very close to Paceville, Malta’s main nightlife area, and only about a 20-minute drive to Valletta, which made exploring the island very convenient. The villa is well-equipped with amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough cutlery and dishes for a large group, and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and more. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, as well as an indoor pool and jacuzzi located in a separate building next door. However, please note that the indoor facilities are only accessible between 8 AM and 6 PM. One of the highlights of our stay was the host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating, and kindly allowed us to check out later than scheduled, which we greatly appreciated. That said, the villa would benefit from some updates. While the overall condition isn’t bad, many of the rooms could use modernisation. The games room especially requires a complete renovation, as most of the equipment is outdated or not working properly. In summary, this villa is a fantastic option for groups due to its size, location, and facilities — but be aware that certain areas could use a refresh.

Positive: We were 10 people, and the house fit perfectly. The games room and the pool were very good. The kitchen is large enough to cook for so many people.
Negative: The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and in summer it is very hot, if you do a lot of shopping you can return with bolt for €4.

Positive: The location was very convenient. Supermarket open 7/7 till midnight. The house is quite spacious and can accommodate up to 17 guests. There are 5 bedrooms in total so if you travel with friends or family - its definitely convenient. Two rooms had a private bathroom. We had three generations staying there and everyone found something to do in the villa as there is a pool, games room etc
Negative: The quality of the furniture is very bad. The wardrobes are falling apart. The materials used were of a very low quality and you wouldn't feel like putting your clothes in. The same with kitchen. One of the bedrooms is in the cellar, with 5 beds, no aircon. After paying thousands of euros for 8 nights, I was still asked for 5 euros/day for wifi.... I understand paying extra for aircon as people tend to abuse, however charging for wifi in today's world is a bit too much.....I booked the accommodation 9 months in advance and I felt like the price asked doesn't correspond with the quality of the villa. With what I have paid, they could easily do the necessary refurbishments to bring it in line with the amount of money asked.
