Positive: Beautiful villa, very spacious, HUGE!!. There were seven of us. Every mod con. Kitchen very well equiped. Pool a good size. Beauifully equiped and decorated.

Negative: Location, was a long walk into puerto de la cruse.and the main hub, resturants etc. Heavy realiance on taxis to go out for evening meals. Just a couple of resturants nearby, one which was not open at begining of week, and when it was, closed at 9.00 pm!!! And steak house very expensive, michelen star, not suitable for families unless you have plenty of cash. Walk downhill to local beach Porta Brava; but a killer of a Hill back to Villa. Reccomend a car unless your fit to walk up!. LIDLs nearby, but again, very steep hill up to it, need a car. Would have benefited from an information sheet for use of electrical appliances and kitchen equipment. A book or something giving instructions on cooker/oven etc would have been helpful and saved time in trying to work out "how things operated". A Visitors diary would also have been helpful, especially for families, taxis, local shops, places to visit etc. Tips etc would be helpful to families.

Positive: The villa's location is fantastic — away from busy areas with breathtaking views and a great heated pool. It is very spacious and includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as amenities such as a billiards table and a basketball court in the backyard. The backyard also features a BBQ grill and a full-sized dining table for family gatherings. We enjoyed our time both at the villa and walking into town to explore its many restaurants and bars. Loro Parque is just nearby - awesome! The host was very friendly and helpful. We loved our experience, plus there’s a two-car garage in the basement. :)

Negative: The weather was average, everything else was 100% great.

Summary: Great and spacious place with a nice vibe and a helpful host.

Positive: Such a great property and nice communication! We enjoyed the huge space (4 adults and 2 kids), so we used: 1 Master bedroom 1 Double room 1 2 single beds room 1 office with desk + adjacent bedroom for kid’s midday sleeps The downstairs playroom and gym Parking (fitting 2 cars leisurely) The pool (a bit cold even when heated - end of Jan) 10 min walk to Loro Park and the beach, 15 to the closest playground by the beach, 10-15 min walk to nice restaurants, nice black sand beach close by. I was really amazed with all the facilities from the amazingly stocked kitchen to the playroom games and gym. It seemed to us we were living there not just passing by.

Negative: Good to know for traveling families with small kids that there are only 2 bedrooms side by side if you sleep in separare room yet close by to your kid. As we were 2 such families, one of us had to take the master bedroom and the kid unfortunately (for us) slept on the coach, while there were 3 more bedrooms that could have been used (the bedrooms set up could be a bit better explained with some detailed floor plans). It was also a bit cold (end of Jan), but we took advantage of the electric heater, as we knew from the comments. Also worth mentioning the 140 or so stairs to reach street level or the quite steep street for pedestrians. I have a knee issue, we used both car and by foot short trips. A bit of noise midday from the baseball games, thankfully all windows had shutters.

Positive: What's not to like. The villa is absolutely stunning and has everything you could need or want while on holiday. Excellent communication which was always prompt and helpful, no question was too much and often followed up with additional information and help. Then we move onto the villa itself. Wow, wow, wow. I'll start with the kitchen which has everything you need to feed 1 or 15. I'm now searching to buy the hob and oven. Cookings a pleasure and everything is withing reach when needed. Several dining areas inside and out with the outside table being lovely in the shade. Downstairs highlights are the huge garage, games room with pool table which we all loved and a fantastic gym. The main livingroom looks out onto the pool and has a nice sound system to connect your phone too. The pool itself is also excellent. Deep and deeper and we opted to have it heated which we would recommend. Next time I'm bringing an inflatable duck 😂 Bedrooms a plenty and the master suite is just devine. Hot tub, dressing room, balcony and what a view. The sea at night as you relax on the balcony is just bliss. I could wax lyrical about this property and it's hosts for days. Nothing is missing and now I have three families wanting to come back with me. Great location in the north for a stress free and peaceful base. Loro Park on the doorstep and Lidl 2 min drive. The new bar has been set and it was a pleasure to share this home.

Negative: The wifi is patchy and doesn't work in parts of the house. The location is up a very steep hill and the local beaches were closed because of sewerage pollution.

Positive: Very large villa in a quiet location on the edge of Puerto de la Cruz. We were 3 couples, so only used 3 of the 6 bedrooms. There were 3 sitting rooms and a lovely area outside by the pool and to the side of the villa. Plenty of space would suit several families with kids. We had hired cars, plenty of space in garage for 3 cars. What we didn’t realise was how hard it is to park in most Tenerife towns, so being able to walk from the villa into Puerto De La Cruz was a big bonus. Lovely places to eat very close by as well as a short walk to central Puerto De La Cruz. The villa was very well equipped and any queries were answered very quickly. Highly recommended a lovely villa with a lovely outlook. There is a small baseball pitch next to the villa, but don’t let that put you off, during the day on Saturday & Sunday we did hear some music from it, but not at all disturbing, nothing during the week, and very quiet at night.
