Summary: A great apartment, with everything you need. Very clean and well presented in a fantastic location near the sea front and easy walk to everything in the area. Good seafood restaurants are easy to find. Great weather too, and we had a really relaxing time, thank you.

Summary: The apartment in itself is OK. The location near the beach and the view at the sea and the banana plantation are good. 10 - 15 min walk to the city center and a shorter walk to the busstation. But the equipment in the apartment is very second-hand, partly non functioning, flea market style. No toaster, three frying pans, none of them can be used etc. At this pricelevel I expect a little tuch of luxary and some care for me as tenant, e. g. that garbage bags and washing-up liquid are included, that information of practicalities such as where I should turn if anything got wrong or where I should dispose of garbage etc, even suggestions of restaurants, excursions etc. But I get no feeling that anyone has had any thougt of me, just my money. Very sad! So, is the apartement good value for Money? No! Try to find another apartement in these two buildings if the location is of interest.

Summary: We arrived and were immediately delighted with the building, location, spacious apartment, large balcony, views - sea to the right, Teide to the left, and a banana plantation straight ahead. That view could not have been more delightful. Comfortable beds, hot water, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bedding, towels etc. We rate this 10 out of 10. Jilly.

Summary: We had a brilliant holiday and the apartment contributed to it. The reservations we've had are the strong musky smell coming from the wardrobe and the fact that the Wi-Fi password is not available at the apartment.
