Positive: A lovely place with a lovely staff. Host Hussein did all he could to make our stay a special moment. We all enjoyed the breakfast.
Negative: The wheather was exceptionnally cold and the bathroom was really freezing. The hotel is a bit far from the city.
Summary: When we go back to Marrakech (never again in december) we'll choose the same hotel.

Positive: A lovely place to stay. Very friendly owner and staff who went out of their way to help us with e.g. booking a taxi to the airport, changing some money. Very large, clean pool. Peaceful location. Delicious evening meal.

Positive: The property is situated approximately 30 minutes from the city centre of Marrakesh, which might not be ideal if you want regular access to shops, et cetera, it was ideal for us as we wanted a peaceful getaway. This property completely achieved the idyllic and peaceful setting we were looking for. My partner also hadn’t brought her hairdryer and the staff were kind enough to supply one promptly.
Negative: The food menu was quite limited. I will happily eat most things, however I found only two real options on the menu for me to eat as a main meal. My partner, who is pescatarian, had only one option of vegetables. There was no fish available so the menu was very limited and whilst they try to accommodate variations, it seemed like an afterthought. For example, a carrot salad was supplied one night and it was literally two carrots chopped, cold. Also of the five desserts on the menu, two of them weren’t available, which were the ones that we really wanted to try. Having said all of the above all of these issues were around food and so we started to travel into Marrakesh Centre for food, which wasn’t a problem. We’d picked the resort for its tranquil look and on that, I can’t fault this hidden gem

Positive: Very lovely villa with lush greenery and a beautiful pool. The hosts and team are very welcoming and attentive to our needs throughout our stay there. We had dinner there and it was the best tagine we've ever had in Moroccoo!
Negative: The room looks a bit tired, and the aircon took a while to cool down the room. We also couldn't connect our phone to the TV to watch Netflix. Overall, it's a nice place!

Positive: Said and Nezha Thaifa were amazing hosts and their staff, especially the other Said, were really kind and making sure we were comfortable. It felt like staying with family honestly: they even bought a football for my son to play, and M.Said and my son watched football games on TV together. The property was in a quiet location 15km away from the craziness of the medina so it was great to come back late afternoon to enjoy the pool and relax. The food was delicious, all home cooked freshly every day. The free breakfast was copious and very good. And for dinners we got to try all the tajines cooked by Nezha and her team… probably the best we’ve ever tried! We also got to try all the traditional Maroccan starters and desserts. :) Room was spacious and comfortable.
Negative: Nothing really but my son’s bed was really hard. He complained to e first night but got used to it 😅

Positive: What a fantastic hotel. The hosts were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel like family and they even made special gluten free bread and cakes for my wife. The accommodation was perfect for my family, my children loved the spacious room, relaxed vibe and the owners hilarious dogs. Being located just outside the city provided the perfect balance between relaxing in a green place yet close enough for a short taxi into the bustle of Marrakech. Thoroughly recommended.

Positive: Great location about 20min drive from the medina Beautiful pool, lovely fresh air and garden and calm escape from the busy medina .Nice spacious bedroom very comfortable bed and good sized clean bathroom .Nice roof top area to watch sunset .Lovely ambience in restaurant bar area great breakfast and food ,excellent cook and wonderful staff especially Sa’id and host/owners Nessa They could not do enough for you and make you feel more welcome and also very good fun .
Negative: All very good just a little bit cool in our suite in evening but we were there in December .
Summary: Absolutely fabulous week here at this beautiful calm oasis Wonderful staff/host Highly recommend
