Positive: The hosts are really friendly to greet us and let us store luggage before check in time. When we back to take keys, they even provide sandwiches, desserts and fruits. Also helped us do the laundry, clean and fast. Even the house is old, but can't reduce your feeling during the vacation, love the house design. The house also super near busy area, one Ninman, MAYA, and can buy lots of foods and drinks outside. The massage just outside is the best one. Thanks for maintaining this house and let us as foreigners enjoy the local Thai living style.

Positive: Beautiful, spacious, comfortable home to stay for a family of 5 in Chiang Mai. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and available for assistance if needed. A truly lovely place to stay!
Negative: There is quite a bit of noise at night from the surrounding bars/restaurants, can hear music until about 11pm, as well as frequent noise from airplanes travelling overhead.

Positive: Extremely beautiful and spacious!!! Super clean as well and a lot of beautiful greens around the property! It was in perfect location and very walkable to all cafes and massages. The host is very friendly and provided us light snacks.

Positive: This villa was very comfortable and well appointed! We had everything we needed. It was also very clean well decorated. The owners were so friendly and helpful! We loved the location, which is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The village is quiet and safe. This was the best accommodations we had in Thailand!
