Positive: Location was good for the beach and only a short drive to the supermarket and the the town of Villasimius. The swimming pool was a bigger than expected, although it was not open all day (closed from 2-5pm). Views of the sea were great and the garden was lovely - we really enjoyed the outdoor seating area. The accommodation was comfortably spacious for a family of four, with useful laundry facilities.
Negative: The Wi-Fi was slow but that is due to poor reception in this part of Villasimius.
Summary: Very nice accommodation, very helpful host, a great location with easy access to beautiful beaches.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would highly recommend it! The villa is in a fantastic location, just a 3–5 minute walk from the beautiful Campulongu Beach, with its crystal clear turquoise water and soft sand. There is also access to a lovely swimming pool, which was a great bonus. There are lots of other beautiful beaches nearby, just 10-15 mins by car. The villa was clean, very comfortable, and equipped with absolutely everything needed for a perfect holiday and even more. We really appreciated the beach umbrella, beach mat, and swimming boards that were available for guests. Our host gave us a very warm welcome. Stella had prepared small gifts for our children, which made them so happy, and she also left us a basket of food, wine, water and snacks. This was incredibly thoughtful and helpful after our arrival, as we didn't have to go shopping for food straight away. Throughout our stay, Stella was always quick to respond to our messages, answered all of our questions, and was happy to help with anything we needed. She also gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and activities in the area, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, we would be delighted to stay here again!

Positive: Lovely spot. Exceptionally clean and quite. Incredibly well located to one of the nicest beaches in Southern Sardinia. Shared pool well maintained and has a daily lifeguard of you have little ones.
Negative: You need a car, which we did have, but a note to folks who may be undecided. As you can't really walk quickly to any restaurants. The local bin / refuse cycle is a pain and they don't always pick up which meant the need for a quick drop off at the local central refuse drop off. Not much of an issue but not what you want to have to think of on holidays.
Summary: Lovely stay. Quite relaxing home. Safe and clean

Positive: The property was perfect! Extremely clean and comfortable. Stella provided us with every amenity we could need, including snacks and a welcome basket. There was even air conditioner which was a huge plus during the summer heat. The location was perfect as well, just a short walk to a gorgeous beach.
Summary: Best holiday rental we’ve stayed at ever! Lovely host and beautiful property.

Positive: Awesome location, 5 minute walking distance from Spiaggia di Campulongu and a quick car ride from Villasimius. Very close to some of the best beaches around. The house is very nice and has all you need. The condo has a pool you can use when not feeling like going to the beach. The decoration is very warming and we felt just like at home. House has a lovely garden outside so you can get your zen moment when at home. Huge plus was the shower with hot water in the backyard, perfect for quick baths when coming from the beach. The Hosts are a very nice Italian family, they welcomed us incredibly and were super helpful throughout our stay, advising us where to go and helping us sort out some challenges we had. They even had gifts for us upon our arrival :)

Positive: Very well equipped Villa including beach kit(beach parasol,cooler bag etc…) We stayed very comfortable like our home. Kitchen has really everything but no worktop. there is good BBQ cooker, we enjoyed BBQ with local fish from fishmonger. We didn’t drive but we managed to go to Villasimius town for shopping, Simius beach, Giunco beach and Del Riso on foot (we’re not young couple ) Summer bus was running as well. Campulongu beach is only 5mins walk, we enjoyed going there and went swimming in the communal pool with friendly people after beach in the late afternoon everyday. The owner couple were very friendly and welcomed us also Stelly was very helpful and it was easy to communicate. Highly recommended!
Negative: The road facing the garden is very busy, so if you’re in the patio, little bit noisy.

Negative: The pool opening hours were quite restricted. You will have to have a car as you can’t walk to town or super market for food.
