The villa, pool, and garden are all impeccably maintained. Cleaning is done daily, and towels and bed linens are changed every two days, a detail that says everything about the host’s genuine concern for guests’ comfort. The room we stayed in was bright, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need: a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a small private terrace perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in peace. The view of the flower-filled garden, surrounded by greenery and with the mountains in the distance, is simply dreamy. What truly makes this place special is Mr. Spiros, a host like no other. He is attentive, kind, and deeply dedicated. Every day, he makes sure everything is perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the care of the pool and garden, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and respected. He’s always ready to help with anything you need, happy to answer questions, offer great local recommendations, and create a sincere connection with each guest. Positive: Very clean. Peaceful. Polite and welcoming host. Easy and shaded parking. Small, but nice and relaxing swimming pool. There's an exceptional seafood restaurant, as well as a mini-market, at close driving distance ("Liogerma")
Negative: Nothing is walking distance, though technically you can walk to a couple of places, but it will take >20 mins. That's not something that can change, and it's not really a problem, I'm just mentioning it so that people know they'll need their vehicle for (almost) everything

Positive: Let’s start with the fact that we were welcomed very warmly and helped with everything. The location is a bit far from the popular beaches, but it’s close to the city and shops. Keep in mind that you will definitely need a car to get around.
Negative: The only downside is the poor internet. This caused us a lot of discomfort — we couldn’t even watch our national football team’s match and got really frustrated. But that’s okay, I would just recommend the host to fix this issue.

Positive: Very clean, cleaning lady comes every day, the owner Mr. Spyros made sure we got everything we needed, the pool is very clean too. The room we stayed was true to what we expected. Spacious parking spots, everybody gets his own so you can’t miss your spot and look for another one. Definitely recommending!! 10/10

Positive: Everything was perfect 👌!! What was a surprise is that the rooms are cleaned every day, and every couple of days changing the sheets and towels. The pool is also well-maintained and the same for the garden. As a bonus, the car parking is covered.

Positive: Everything was excellent regarding the stay. The owner (Mr. Spyros) was very polite and extra helpful with anything we needed. Villa Verde is away from the town center in a very peaceful and green suburb (surrounded by colorful vegetation and old olive trees), not very far from the beautiful beaches on the west coast of the island. Our car was well hidden from the daily heats within the villa’s premises. It is worth noting that every room has an assigned parking space at the property, which makes it much easier to pack and unpack. Free city parking is just 3 to 4 minutes away by car. The pool was amazing, when you get used to half shallow part of it. The room with comfy beds was spacious with a nice balcony and uplifting mosquito nets and was cleaned almost every day. Kitchen is more than well-equipped to prepare even some cooked meals. There was peace and quiet and overall it was a great stay, we definitely recommend it.
Negative: Somewhat unstable Wi-Fi connection from time to time, yet not jeopardizing pleasant stay. Understandable one half of the pool was very shallow, providing swimming conditions for small children, yet it was somehow difficult to get to use of it - however after entire day under the burning beach sun it was serving as a recovery place :)

Positive: This place is away from the town centre in a very green suburb, not very far from the beautiful beach on the west coast of the island. The room is spacious with a nice balcony and mosquito nets fitted to every window! Comfy bed with handy bedside tables and lights if you like to read in bed. Our host and all the staff were absolutely delightful. It is worth noting that every room has an assigned parking space at the property, which makes it much easier to pack and unpack. We are going to come here back as soon as we can!
Negative: Shallow half of the swimming pool is very shallow. It is not a complaint, just a matter of fact. Still the swimming pool is a wonderful place to rest!
