Positive: Loved the views- fantastic from all sides. Great house.had everything you could want and very comfortable Great size rooms all with their own bathroom which were fab and very comfortable Great entertainment area and really large patio area outside with big and small table. Could also do barbecue if you wanted to. Vert clean and well maintained All cleaning materials provided
Negative: Couldn’t check in till 5 pm as villa was being cleaned but managed to arrange bag drop off so we could go to the beach during the day. Not enough bed linen and towels initially -had to ask and only received them 5 days later. Did not have enough pillow cases to allow for 2 pillows per guest so only had one small one each the whole time we were there. However beach towels were provided on request. CCTV cameras outside on patio area felt like an invasion of privacy as not sure if they where on and who may be viewing the footage or recordings - would be better if they were controlled by the guests so could be turned on when we were out. Pool man visited to frequently & unannounced which also was an invasion of privacy -although did leave straight away when asked to do so.
Summary: Fantastic stay- highly recommended !!!

Positive: We loved our stay at Villa Vista Azzurra! The property is stunning, even better than in the photos. The view of the Bay of Kotor is incredible. The staff were very helpful and always responded quickly to our queries. I could not recommend this place more.

Positive: So much to like here, the house has the most stunning view in all of Montenegro! The house also comes fully equipped with all the house necessities such as fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, laundry facility, TV in every room and most importantly AC in every corner.
Negative: It’s very challenging to get to the villa, it resides on top of a hill so getting there with a car is challenging and most taxis find it hard to get there unless they have proper guide or someone to walk them through the navigation map. I would recommend renting a small car, do not rent a larger car as it will get damaged since the road is super narrow.
Summary: The most stunning view in all of Montenegro!!

Positive: Great pool and wonderful views of the bay and mountains. TV’s and aircon in each spacious and clean double room. Lounge diner a lovely statement space with feature staircase. Best villa we have stayed in. Pizzeria 2 mins drive away in the local village very good and Voli mini market next to it very handy. Befriend a local taxi driver and fancy evenings out in Porto Montenegro just 20mins away. Tivat airport also only 15mins away so no dreaded lengthy transfers to be endured. A boat trip and a cable car ride over Kotor are must-do’s.
Negative: Narrow lane up to the villa can initially be difficult to navigate driving and for a taxi to find. Need a car but you’d want one anyway as Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Budva all then easily accessible.
Summary: Villa itself amazing and great place to explore Montenegro from. Weather and people all great bar the odd dodgy driver!

Positive: The property was amazing, with a spectacular view, we enjoyed every moment of it. Cozy and clean rooms, in the vicinity of Tivat and Porto Montenegro, Lustica Bay and of course Tivat Airport. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone who is coming to Montenegro. Great location.
