When you stay at this villa, you'll have access to a ton of activities including a 7-acre stocked fishing and boating lake, seasonal horseback riding, a ball field, a golf course, as well as basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. For an additional fee, you can access the on-site waterpark, Pirate's Cay! The location of our space is ideal for taking a day trip to Chicago, exploring the natural beauty of the area, and more!
Our space has 2 BEDROOMS. The master bedroom features 1 King bed and the second bedroom features 1 Queen Bed. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests.
Get ready in our 2 BATHROOMS, one of which has a jetted tub. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries.
After a day of hiking and exploring the area, retreat to our air-conditioned LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on our flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player and Blu-ray player. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.
In the KITCHEN you'll find a microwave, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, and dishes. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. If you spill something on your shirt, don't worry! Free laundry facilities are available on property for all guests.
If you don't feel like cooking, there are 3 dining options available on-site including a Subway, Mama DeLuca's where you can grab a delicious slice of pizza, and the Fox River Grille where you can grab a quick bite when you're on the go.

Summary: Decent place kind of dated in decor but for price its pretty much market rate . Over all decent place with not much to do but swim and play golf.

Summary: This was a fantastic few days away. Wish we would have booked for longer. I have 3 boys who had a blast, and so did I. Villa was wonderful. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but aren't they all. Otherwise, everything was great.

Summary: I would first like to say that, it doesn't take much to impress my family and I. Although we made the most out of our time at the listing, it was very difficult. When I arrived, I wasn't able to go to the Holiday Inn desk that seemed welcoming, they treated me like a step child and direct me to, what seemed like the less fortunate desk section. "BEWARE THIS A TIME SHARE LOCATION". I would pay a thousand dollars for one night in a motel before paying for a time share or hearing someone convince me to buy one. Secondly after my stay, I felt really bad for the time share holders. This place is sucking up money and only putting it in to the golf course. The room itself, would have been great 40 years ago. How do I look at my wife tell her that I spent over a thousand dollars, while going up concrete stairs that haven't been power wash in months. The stench and poop like stains on the concrete really pissed me off. My blood was already boiling because I didn't know this was a time share, the kids were excited about the water park that, I didn't know I had to pay for, until I was brived with free entry after a 90 minute interview. The land itself is very beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Cleaning needs to be better, but it make since when you become your own cleaning service. You will have to clean all bedding and towels for your stay or there is a upcharge for more towels. The jetted tub is so old and who would dare fill it up with hot water that smells like boiled eggs. I took cold showers because the smell was unbearable. The outdoor pool, miniature golf, game room were okay, but in 2021, who doesn't have a smart TV. A homeless person could pay for a 32" smart TV. Please don't leave the resort a night because it is very creepy and full of sketchy people, but that's only when you find civilization 30 miles out. In the end. I said screw the 90 minute interview and the water park tickets because there is nothing that could convince me to give you money. It doesn't make it any better, when actual time share holders talk like they want to commit suicide. I guess I will take this one on the chin, while waiting on a washer and dryer because their are only 4 of each, for the entire resort. I have never felt so low, than when I looked across the pond and seepresidential suites and wanted to know, who did I screw over to get this end of the stick.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in your 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa. It was very clean upon our arrival and was well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make daily breakfasts and dinner. The towels, sheets, and beddings were very comfortable. It was very quiet in the villa-we never heard any other guests through the adjoining wall or below us during our stay. 2 of us that had ATT cell service were not able to get wifi/cell service which made it difficult to look up directions or find area restaurants, etc but other than that, we only have great things to say about our stay.

Summary: One of my favorite vacation spots! This is our first time here and we loved every minute. The staff is amazing and so nice. Wanted to say that the workers for the paddle boat and 2 woman helping with the horse back riding were amazing. They made the adventure so exciting. Love them! The room was amazing, pools were fun and there were plenty things to do out here. I will definitely 100% come back with my family, maybe bring more people to experience what we did. Thank you!

Summary: With so much fun stuff to do on this property, it was really easy to relax and just have a few days of fun. The pool wasn’t crowded, and the mini golf course was great as well. The balcony had an AMAZING view of the stars at night as well. House was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be making another trip back next year.

Summary: This is a pretty nice place near the Chicago suburbs that i have never heard of till now. Had no idea it was a huge Time share resort but made for a pleasant experience. When we checked in we signed up for time share presentation (we said no) but got cash back that paid for half the trip!! The rooms were pretty clean. The beds and couches were new. Other things seemed a little outdated like the toilets, mirrors, hot tub, stove that would go in and out. Wood tables that were coming apart. WiFi never worked ( we were told because we had apple products). But overall would come back. There was a lot for the kids to do and the space of the rooms were perfect for us and our 3 kids. The activity center was great for the kids and they had random crafts throughout the day. We enjoyed the free indoor pool. The indoor water park was booked out all weekend but didn’t need that anyway ( plus it was pricey for what it was). Would like to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor festivities. Can’t beat the price and distance and a “hotel like experience” with a resort twist.

Summary: The rooms were clean and nice. I would stay here again because of that. However the check in process was horrible. Thee room were not ready in what seemed lije a mostly empty resort. They said the would call when the rooms were ready. they did not. I had to call back. Credit card machine Didn't work. they did call me at 9 pm to bring it back to check in. Lol. Toilet overflowed as we were walking out. Had to shut water off and call maintenence
