Spacieuse villa de 350 M2 sur un terrain de 3000 M2 divisée en 3 maisons indépendantes réparties de la manière suivante :
Une maison réservée aux propriétaires avec accès indépendant et un terrain indépendant de 1000 M2.
2 maisons sans vis-à-vis destinées exclusivement à la location chacune d'elle disposant d'une terrasse, privative et d'un parc de 2000 M2 arboré face à la mer à l'usage commun de nos 2 locations.
La première maison (faisant l'objet de cette location) est destinée pour 4 personnes, elle se situe sur l'aile gauche de la villa avec une terrasse privative. La maison comprend : séjour, cuisine équipée, placard, salle d'eau, WC séparé, une chambre avec un lit double 140x190, une chambre cabine avec 2 lits simples superposés.
La deuxième maison est destinée pour 5 personnes, elle se situe à l'aile droite de la villa face à la piscine avec une terrasse privative VUE MER. La maison comprend : séjour cathédrale avec cuisine équipée, salle d'eau, wc séparé, une chambre VUE MER avec un lit en 140X190, une mezzanine ouverte sur le séjour VUE MER avec 2 lits simples superposés 90X190 et un lit double en 140X190. Tarif entre 150 € et 271 € la nuit en fonction des saisons avec un minimum de 2 nuits hors juillet et août. Pour plus d'informations envoyez moi un message.
Pour accéder à la plage il vous suffit de traverser la petite rue en sens unique et descendre l'escalier donnant sur la plage de sable fin. Les rochers à marée basse permettent la pêche à pied. Vous avez une vue sur l'Ile de Ré et son pont éclairé le soir, la Rochelle et son port, Fort Boyard, l'Ile d'Aix…
Vivant sur place, pendant la période estivale, nous veillons au bien-être de nos hôtes, nous sommes à leur disposition pour leur indiquer les choses à découvrir sur l'Ile, les bons restaurants... tout en restant discret et en respectant leur intimité.
Le Parc étant commun à nos deux locations, dans un soucis de tranquillité pour chacun, les animaux ne sont pas admis.
Piscine extérieure 8 X 4 destinée aux 2 locations, couverte et chauffée avec stérilisation de l'eau par UV et traitement chlore renforcé pour une désinfection totale ouverte d'avril à octobre selon la température extérieure, douche solaire.

Summary: We had a great stay on the beautifull ile d'oleron. The location was small but perfect for us. The garden was absolutely fabulous and the hosts (Christophe and his wife) did everythging to let us make confortable. A recommendation for a nice stay at your holliday!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Isolella 1 and meeting our hosts, Christophe & Isabelle who could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment has been thoughtfully designed and is well-equipped - perfect for the two of us. We made good use of the bicycles and enjoyed our visits to the market. The beach opposite was great, never busy and nice and sheltered, great for swimming when the tide was in and fascinating for beachcombing when it was out. We enjoyed eating out at the restaurants at Port Douhet, the market restaurant and L'Odyssey in the village centre. Everyone was friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to go back

Summary: Secluded, smart, sunshine and shade - this was an ideal base for exploring the quiet end of the Isle of Oleron. With a secure access, a large secluded garden, close proximity to the beach and a well-equipped interior this - and a considerate family looking after us - this was the best rental we have had for years. Great value for money.
