Summary: There were 14 of us in total and the property fulfilled our needs perfectly! There was ample room and the property was immaculate and well appointed. The onsite manager was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with the boiler and hot water which was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The pool was excellent. There were restaurants, bars and beeches within easy travelling distance. The roads are a bit scary but the overall experience was outstanding and we would highly recommend it to future guests!

Summary: We stayed in the house 3 families of friends. House is very comfortable, it has all required for a big company. A sand beach is in 10 minutes walk. The supermarket is in 5 min walk. Everything is very relaxing and convenient.

Summary: Lovely Villa with nice outdoor terrace and pool, the pool is surrounded by four other house so you dont get complete privacy but the outdoor seating and dining area is comfortable and private, kitchen was fully equipped the garden house apartment was an added bonus, Internet was painfully slow and struggled to open basic web pages most of the time. Overall a very nice house to relax for the week in a stunning country. Many beaches within 10 minutes drive.

Summary: We had such a great week. The villa was spacious and immaculately clean. It served out large family group really well. The outside space was perfect. The villa was very close to a supermarket, the beach, bars and restaurants. Rosetta who looks after the villa was wonderful and sorted any queries quickly. We had a great time, the flowers to mark my 60th Birthday were a really lovely touch. Thank you

Summary: The Villa is lovely, one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It's well thought out with plenty of outdoor space. We stayed as a group of 8 adults ( different generations) and there was plenty of room. It was quite overlooked but we went just before the season started and it was lovely. The local beach is ok but nicer ones are around. There is a lovely beach bar in walking distance and a supurb restaurant at the beach. The supermarket was well stocked and reasonable. The location is great we accessed both Algehro and Pelosa and St Teresa's and Olbia easily, all were beautiful, you will need to access a hire car or you would be pretty isolated. One of the best things about the Villa was Rosetta - she is a real asset and is very very helpful. A brilliant villa - we all fell in love with Sardinia and will be back.

Summary: We had a great time at Villa Gilda with our extended family of 10 (my in-laws, my brother in-law with his family of 4 and our family of 4). The lay out of the villa with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked very well for the 8 of us, whereas my in-laws had their own space in the little casita at the back of the property (bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette with sleeper sofa). The casita is airconditioned whereas the house has fans, so it can get a little warm but it cools off considerably at night. Sig. Rossetta provided everything we needed, bath towels were in good supply as well. The pool is as pictured, not very large but our kids ranging in ages from 7 to 12 spent a big part of their day there. The very convenient location of the villa (supermarket is a 3 min walk and there are 3 restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance) was a great plus for us. There is a nice beach nearby (also 5 min walk) but if you are willing to get into your car and drive for 10-15 minutes there's a number of nicer beaches quite closeby. All in all we had a great stay at Villa Gilda and i would definitely recommend it.

Summary: We had a great week in this house. It is perfect for a couple of families with lots of kids. The pool and terrace are great but even if the weather isn´t very good you can stay in the house with 13 persons. The bathrooms are clean and new, everything is very clean, Rosetta is very friendly and tries to everything for you. The kitchen is a little small, but everything you need is in there. In march there isn´t much to do, so I think a car is really helpful, but supermarkets and pizzeria are open and easy to reach. We would come back any time.

Summary: I stayed here with 10 friends for a week in mid-October and it was brilliant. Luciano (the owner) was always helpful and speedily answered any questions I had about the area / villa etc. Ms Rosetta meets you on arrival and goes through the basics of where things are etc The villa was very clean and exactly as described. In fact, the photos don’t do it justice…looks better when there. All my friends were very happy with the villa. There was plenty of space for our group of 11 to relax and they have even thought of the smaller things such as having 2 large fridges for food and drink to accommodate everyone. There is a supermarket within walking distance (5 mins) and Hotel/restaurant and a bar. However, as we went in off-peak time the supermarket was not always open. We hired 3 cars as well (plenty of space for parking) which I would recommend if you intend to do any trips. Valledoria is the nearest large town which has larger supermarket, restaurants and bars. this is about a 40 minute walk. I would recommend this villa to everyone and hope to return next year.

Summary: This was a perfect week in La Ciaccia and in the Villa Gild. Aalready the welcome was a big surprise. Thank you Sign. Rosetta. We, a group of 8, had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa offers really a lot. It is as you see it in the photos. The description is very accurate. Everything was in really good condition and ready for our relaxing stay. After a day at the beach, the pool area is great for relaxing. For dinner there is a big outdoor fire-place for barbeque. The kitchen is well equipped and the decor is very nice. Everything was clean and prepared for our stay. Also with many persons the villa and surroundings offer enough space for everyone and every activity. We can definitely recommend this property! Also important to note is the uncomplicated and nice customer service Luciano and Sign. Rosetta provided. Thank you very much for this perfect stay. Grazie e Saluti Matthias
