Summary: This property has a gorgeous pool and lots of different areas so we could all have the space we needed. Greca and Pietro were kind and helpful. A beautiful cake and bottle of homemade limoncello were most welcome.surprise

Summary: Walking distance to a lovely beach. On arrival the hosts shared drinks with us and we had a beautiful cake and a bottle of limoncello given to us during our stay. A short drive to the better restaurants. Ants invaded the kitchen several nights but this is a common problem that we managed. Overall a wonderful family holiday. Thank you

Summary: An amazing 10 day break that we will never forget. On arrival we received an extremely pleasant and warm welcome from greca and her family who showed us round the villa and answered all our questions about the local area. It was a really nice touch to find that Greca had made cake for our stay and during the visit we never really saw them again, it was very private and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The villa itself is the entire first floor with 3 bedrooms, all of which were immaculate, and everything else you might need for self catering purposes including a BBQ. The villa is located in a quiet private area and the nearest beach is within a 10-15 mins walk. The shops and most restaurants are a bit further away and so I would definitely recommend hiring a car for your stay. The views and beaches in the immediate area are simply out of this world with so many to choose from, we visited a different beach location everyday of our stay. I would definitely recommend this host and location, we are already planning our return.

Summary: We had a very warm welcome from Greca and her husband. They use the house themselves as a weekend home, the upstairs appartment is a rental. The interior is a tiny bit dated but very clean and tidy, everything is in place and we really liked the place. Approved ;-)

Summary: The accomodation is the whole of the fully independent, first floor of the owners home, accessed by external stone steps. It offers 3 good sized air conditioned bedrooms, full bathroom and compact kitchen/lounge area. The outside space is extensive and great for families. The accomodation is well equipped and rustic in nature. The pool is large and exceptionally clean. The owners were only in residence for a couple of days during our stay, very unobtrusive, warm and welcoming. Our stay was in late October, some local amenities were closed as we were ‘out of season’ nonetheless we found everything we needed within a few kilometres, lovely restaurants, beautiful white sand beaches with crystal clear waters and a well stocked supermarket just a 7 minute drive away. We would strongly recommend a car. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi however Umbaldo was on hand via WhatsApp to help sort this out without fuss.

Summary: We had two lovely weeks in the villa. Greca and family were all fantastic! They were helpful in all ways. Perfect location, walking distance to a lovely beach. Great surroundings, a lot to explore. This was our first visit to Sardinia, but definitely not the last!

Summary: We were personally greeted by the very nice owners. Everything as described. Beautifully located, quiet big estate with BBQ, great pool, playground with Basketball, swings, hammocks. You can walk to the beach but a car is required for shopping and restaurants. Private parking for several cars on site. Free legal Parking at hte beach no problem in October. We enjoyed our time very much. Thank you!

Summary: The communication was great with Greca, the check in process was easy and I and my family got the most warm welcome what we ever experienced.The villa is beautiful is better then in a pictures.it was easy accommodation for six adults.There is more shower and toilet outside you can use then it advertised . Which is great,also the view is just can’t say a world for that maybe Magnificent,I recommend the villa for big families and friends groups who is looking for a quiet area and chilled atmosphere The best place I ever stayed so far You need a car, but the nearest supermarket 15min away also the beach by walk about 10 minutes which is ok
