Villa with a fabulous unobstructed view of the Montgo natural park, the old town of Javea, and a small stretch of sea. A path leads to the villa and the parking area. The property includes an open terrace where you can enjoy watching those having fun in the pool and the incredible hinterland of Javea, the surrounding countryside and the stunning Montgo in the background. The front door leads to the living room with living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace with insert. A kitchen open to one side which is fully equipped and has an external door with a few steps to access the pool terrace. Two comfortable bedrooms, new bedding, with fitted wardrobes share the use of the bathroom. A sofa bed provides 1 additional bed for a family of 5. Outside, a fabulous swimming pool, 10mx5m, access steps and progressive depth, several terraces with barbecue and plenty of space for cooking and above all enjoying outdoor meals in the sun or in the shade. Different solarium areas depending on the day or the choice of view. The pool terrace is closed on both sides, which is suitable for children. Outdoor shower. Summary: Cottage complies with the description as described. Gabi brought the key at the agreed time. Dear attentive woman who is immediately ready for you. Javea is a really nice place especially the old part. We heard that they will renovate the kitchen and bathroom at the end of the year. Hier komen wij zeker nog een keer terug.

Summary: The outside area including the pool is fantastic. As it was very hot it was lovely to have a pool to enjoy. The views from the villa are also amazing. The villa is well equipped for your self catering needs and also has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms which was needed at times in the night and made such a difference. I understand from the host the villa is going to be refurbished next year which is needed. We had issues with the boiler not providing hot water so had regular cold showers. The host Gabi was very attentive to this but failed to solve the issue. One other note is the drive up to the property is extremely steep and in poor condition. As a result we decided to park our car on the road beside the gate to the villa. Overall we had a lovely stay and the location is excellent and quiet so just what you need for a relaxing holiday.

Summary: Great location being so near to Javea and Moraira. Villa is a little tired and needs a refurb, but it was very clean, spacious and the pool was excellent. Great for two or a family with young kids. Gabi, who greeted us, was very friendly and easy to contact if there were any issues (which there weren't). We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend.

Summary: The villa is located in a nice urbanisation which itself is well placed to visit surrounding villages and towns. Xabia, Denia, Gandia, Calp (very nice) are all close and are nice coastal towns with good beaches.

Summary: The beds are not as advertised, there is a double bed in one room and in the other room was a single bed and bunk beds. Not really suitable for two couples over 55. Pool was lovely, it made the holiday. Had to wash crockery and cutlery as was not clean, cupboards dirty, we feel we left it cleaner than when we got there. Was not informed of water being cut off due to workmen in the street. Was not informed of no barbecues to be used. We understand why, just think we should have been told before we got there. Lovely area but the villa really needs some TLC

Summary: The villa is very comfortable but is in need of some modernisation. The outside area and pool are lovely and the views are amazing. We had a thoroughly relaxing week. Javea is a beautiful area, we have been many times. We will be booking to return again next year.

Summary: We had a lovely holiday in this villa, which was very clean. Fabulous views from the top terrace. The pool was great and kept very clean by the pool man. My grandson loved playing in the shallows of the steps. It was a bit of a surprise to see the bunk beds as twin beds are shown in the pictures but my grandson (age 4) loved them and slept in the top bunk. All the beds were very comfortable. We were disappointed when Gabi told us BBQs weren't allowed because of the fire risk due to the dry conditions but as an alternative she showed us the plancha, which is an electric plate. It was easy to use and clean and it also meant we could cook on the different areas by using the extension reel provided. We thought it was brilliant and a great alternative. The patio sun umbrella gave us shade in the afternoons and there was also a beach umbrella for our use. Gabi met us on time and showed us around, she was very friendly and very helpful and told us if we had any problems however small to contact her. This contact was quite reassuring. It was apparent that the owners had put a lot of thought into making our stay more comfortable which was very appreciated.
