Within walking distance from white sandy beaches, restaurants, pubs, discos, shops, supermarkets. No car is needed for a great family vacation. Includes a Welcome Pack (see details below)
Fully furnished with a total of 7 beds (5 double and 2 single) 3-bathroom villa with private swimming pool, pool table, table football, BBQ and garage on a very quiet and central place. Itยดs within walking distance (10/15 minutes through a beautiful green park) to old town and fisherman's or tunnel beach, just a short drive to the Algarve Shopping Center where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and cinemas.
The villa is facing South and offers sun all day long, so take advantage of the sunny terraces, take a fresh drink or a refreshing swim in the combined spacious and comfortable swimming pool area, equipped with Cable TV, big screen TV, overlooking the pool and terrace with outdoor BBQ. Enjoy also the Pool table and table football.
We also offer free Wi-Fi high speed internet. We also have a private/covered car parking space in the villa.
Embrace the vibrant night life in the old town (10 minutes walking through a beautiful green park) with wonderful fish and meat restaurants and plenty of live music in most of the pubs. Not far (5-10 minutes driving) you will find the Algarve shopping or the famous local chicken piri-piri restaurants.

Summary: Very responsive owner. Property is located close to Albufeira Old Town although the old town is pretty lively! Just be aware that the three 'basement' bedrooms don't have natural light. We were a party of 6 golfers and the property was great for us and with a pool table added some evening entertainment!

Summary: we were there 6 weeks, Feb -March. The house is not prepared for winter months . To sleep in basement without the windows and ventilation is very unpleasant. The house is very close to big road ( nothing about it in presentation), the traffic is heavy and disturbing even during the night. The host is fantastic, always ready to help in everything.- Equipment in the house was good. Difficult to keep clean because of the road. We liked the sun, it was all day long. it is near to the shops and centrum of the town.

Summary: Perfect location away from the new and old Town with the old Town a 15 minute walk away and a taxi to the new town on Uber costing around โ‚ฌ3.50! The whole booking and organizing process was made simple and easy through Pedro's great communication and all the information he provided. Would highly recommend!

Summary: Lovely sized villa with great swimming pool and large bedrooms The old town is a lovely 15minute stroll away and you have 2 large supermarkets 5 minutes in either direction The owner of the villa and his family are very kind and couldn't do enough for us Please give this villa a try!!!!!

Summary: Pedro's villa is a beautiiful place to stay. The villa is iimmaculately clean and has everything you will need for your stay.The pool was lovely and clean and a blessing when youve been in the hot sun. We were met by Pedro's mother on our arrival ( a lovely helpful very friendly lady) she showed us at round the villa and told us how everything worked, gave us directions to Old Town just a 10 minute walk, the closest supermarkets and resturants . Thankyou pedro for a great villa holiday please thank your dear mother and could you please pass on my may thanks to your pool man who took me to hospital when I became unwell
