Summary: We arrived with two families and children and were looking forward to the holiday. The contact with the owner was okay, but very superficial and brief. The introduction was also very superficial. We had been promised in writing beforehand that the broken Jacuzzi would be replaced by a portable temporary hot tub. However, the owner did not want to know anything about this during the introduction. The house itself is beautiful, but not well-maintained and only the essentials are repaired. A water damage in the living room was not fixed, and the children had to sleep with their heads against the moldy wall, which is harmful to health. The toilet seat and shower were broken, but temporarily repaired. There was a sewage smell in the large bathroom. However, there was a nice pool and working air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was ultimately a big disappointment. Unfortunately, I cannot upload photos here to show the real condition. If needed and interested, I can send them directly.

Summary: My partner and I enjoyed a fantastic week at this villa. The pool and hot tub area is just fantastic, so private and peaceful for sunbathing and swimming. The large villa is really well laid out with everything you need for self catering, lovely bathrooms, great bedroom - and the whole area is nice and quiet. You are not overlooked by anyone and we didn't hear any neighbours at all during our stay. 5 minute drive to the sea - but we didn't go as much as we thought we would, we stayed at the villa all day! Javier the owner responded immediately when we had any questions and was very easy to deal with, a nice guy. Can't wait to return for longer.

Summary: The Villa is in a great location, just minutes drive from Benicassim Town and the beach, great access to the motorway too. There is plenty of space, the bedrooms are a great size and the walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom was a bonus! If you wake up early enough to see the sunrise it really is quite beautiful! The views are breathtaking from the whole villa! Javier was so nice to deal with, he made sure we had everything we needed and brought fresh bed sheets and towels after a few days. We stayed in January but the weather was still warm and we used the lovely space around the pool and hot tub a lot. We also stayed with our small dog and the whole complex is completely safe for dogs with gates all the way around so he could roam freely. Thanks for having us Javier!

Summary: The villa was as described. Plenty of space for all the family to chill out indoors and outdoors. The pool is a lovely size and there are loads of sunbeds and options for shade throughout the day. It's a really quiet area within a few minutes drive to the town and waterpark. I'd recommend the villa for families .. the only things that would have made it (more) perfect would have been air con in the 3rd bedroom, better options for cable tv, a few more pans in the kitchen and a cure for mosquitoes! A great holiday for us all... sorry it had to end.
