Summary: We rented this house so our family of 7 could get together and have a nice seaside vacation somewhere. It was really perfect for us. Close to sea access for swimming. Plenty of groceries nearby. A wonderful restaurant just a stone’s throw away. We always felt completely safe. House was well appointed with opportunities to eat both indoors and out. AC units on both levels. Parking for two cars, not roomy parking, but there seems to be no such thing in this country. Ljiljana, the host, was very communicative and friendly, but we had zero issues that required her help.

Summary: Me and my family had a great time in montenegro . The holiday house was great with enough space for 7 persons. The house was in a small Village not far from herceg novi. The sea was at walking distance and also a nice restaurant and a small grocery store. The house owner was very friendly and helpfull. The only minor issue was the loud noise coming from the clubs at the other side of the bay every night . For the rest is was a perfect vacation.

Summary: We stayed in this wonderful villa for 1,5 summer months in 2013. Njivice is a quiet place with a very good pebble beach (hotel Riviera). While the other Montenegrian beaches were overcrowded, here there were still few people and clean water. We were with a small child (1,5 year), so it was very important. The house itself is even better than on the photos. I felt like at home. The kitchen is well-equiped and has everything you may need. The view from the upper floor balcony is magnificient. The car is necessary. A big supermarket Voli is 2 or 3 km away , Igalo and Herceg Novi with all restaurants and everything is about 10 min driving. But in Njivice there is a small shop where you can buy some products (even fresh bread, but no meat). I would definetely recommend this house. Thanks Liliana for everything.
