Summary: Tired & in need of some TLC. Nice views but access was challenging. Unfortunately the pool kept going cloudy & green frequently. We did have a few problems with appliances but we did have a good response from the owner who had them rectified.

Summary: We had a nice stay in the property. The pool was heated and the children loved to swim in the pool. The housr looks like the pictures. The owner is friendly and helpsom. We enjoyed 10 days there in the spring.

Summary: Spacious villa with awesome views of the sea. You can even hear the waves from the patio and enjoy beautiful sunrises :). Quiet residential area with free parking in the street. About 15-20 min walk down to the beach. The return trip is uphill. There is a smaller bedroom (red room) on the ground floor and two bigger ones on the first floor. The heated pool was the highlight of the vacation for the kids! The owner and his neighbor friend are extremely nice and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

Summary: We had a great stay, the villa was clean, comfortable with views to die for. Good showers, comfortable beds and lovely towels especially the sun bed ones! Nice outside area with adequate pool for cooling down & a great outdoor shower & comfortable sun beds . The host was excellent with his communication & Torsten the property manager was so helpful especially helping us up & down with our luggage. There is a very very steep slope up to the villa followed by about 20 steps which may not be suitable for the infirm /elderly but if you don’t go up you don’t get the views- the climb up is well worth it!! It was about a 20 minute walk down to town & we caught a cab back up ( about 6/10€) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay( we did have a car to explore) and would def stay here again if in Almunecar- thank you.

Summary: The bedrooms upstairs have minisplit ac's.. There are terraces off of each of those rooms, off of the living room connected to the one around the pool. This is truly your view, it's amazingly beautiful. There are other houses all around but it is very quiet and peaceful. The owner was so helpful anytime we had a question even about town. Very pleasant stay. The only thing that would be difficult for some is the climb to the house very steep and they 21 stairs.

Summary: It is a very steep winding walk to the town, 20 mins, and this was not clear from the listing. We actually often walked down and got a taxi back up with the family (<10 euros).

Summary: We stayed at this house for four weeks and it was better than expected, in fact it was the nicest rental house we have had in Spain so far. The house had everything we needed and the heated pool was great. Dietmar was very helpful. Thank you!

Summary: We spent a week here and found it to be an ideal location. We took day trips to Nerja, Granada, and Frigiliana. So many restaurants down at the beach only 5 minutes away by car. The view from the balconies is breathtaking! Comfortable beds with air conditioned bedrooms, large bathrooms, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. And the owner was so nice and helpful. We hope to return one day.
