Villa with garden and swimming pool just 150 meters from the beach . The house is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 5 people. There is TV and Air Condition in every room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the electric devices and cooking utensils. There is strong and fast WiFi , BBQ , Satellite TV , Washing Machine , Safe , DVD Player , Secure Parking.
The villa situated next to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the east side of Rhodes Island and ideally located near restaurants , supermarkets and the central market with a variety of shops. This traditionally designed modern villa on two levels would be the perfect place for your unforgettable holidays in Rhodes Island.
With traditional look, this is a newly built modern villa with two bedrooms,fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning in every room and roll-up fly-screens on all windows. The two double bedrooms are upstairs with satellite TV in each of them , also upstairs there is a large shower-wc. If there is a 5th guest then we add a single bed in one of the bedrooms. Downstairs is a very large L-shaped room with the living room and the fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the electric devices and cooking utensils. There is refrigerator , oven , electric cooking hobs , microwave , toaster , coffee machine , blender , kettle , dishes , water glasses , cups, and all the cooking utensils.
In the living room there is a large TV with satellite channels and DVD Player. Also Playstation 4 and Xbox are available.
The house has a large patio with outdoor table and chairs with view to the garden and the swimming pool. Also there are sunbeds for the swimming pool area.
Fresh fish and traditional Greek dishes are served in the near-by restaurants. Fresh bread and pastries are available at the local bakeries every morning. Sun-loungers and umbrellas can be hired at the beach. Kolymbia town is full of life with many restaurants, shopping streets, traditional coffee shops, bars, and plenty of nightlife for all ages.
Cleaning service and linen change is provided free of charge twice a week , it includes bed lined and towels change and room cleaning. The time of the cleaning will be arranged with you.
On your arrival you will be offered a 'welcome' basket with local traditional products , honey , olive oil , wine , fruits and much more.

Summary: Very comfortable house with more cutlery and practical details than usually in greece. Beautiful scenery from terrace with view on pool and mountains. Enough privacy, not crowded. Beach on walking distance not interesting, 10min by car, beautiful sandy beach with accomodation if wanted. Neighbourhood only hotels&resorts so you do need a car for exploration, better restaurants and shopping. Only one minus in this superb holiday house: windows upstairs do not have shutters so if you don’t want to wake up at six from daylight, you have to put something (like beach mat) in front of it. This is really the only negative thing I could find. Cleaning and changing sheets and towels is twice a week and done when you ask. We were welcomed with several bottles of water, juices and wine and received typical sweets during our stay. The garden is well maintained. All windows have (working!) mosquito nets, there is enough closet space to put all your stuff, good water pressure in shower, well working washing machine etc. We have a lot of experience with renting houses in greece and I think this belongs in the top three of 20yrs travels meaning you could actually live here for a longer period.
