Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The villa looks just like in the photos. It is spacious, cozy, and quite modern. Inside, there is a good kitchen with quality appliances.
Negative: The grill area definitely needs improvement, as it is practically nonexistent. I would recommend the hosts to make it at least properly equipped. Overall, this area looks poorly maintained — there are old, dirty cushions that should be replaced. Also, the bathroom door needs to be fixed, and the guest towels should be replaced as they are very old.
Summary: Good
