Meet our charming detached villa, located just 15 minutes from Palma. It can accommodate up to 12 people and has a large swimming pool, free WIFI, AC and satellite TV - everything you need to enjoy unforgettable days in Mallorca! In addition, its privileged location allows you to easily access all points of the island. In addition, the 10 x 5 m private swimming pool is the perfect place to relax or enjoy with the family. And if that wasn't enough, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, SMART-TV and WIFI. From the cosy living room you can enjoy spectacular views over the bay of Palma. Furthermore, the flat is divided into two floors and has two barbecues and several terraces, ideal to enjoy the good weather! It is located in a quiet area, only 15 minutes by car from Palma and 25 minutes from the best beaches. It is perfect for families or couples.
Moreover, it is perfectly equipped, it has 520 m2! On the upper floor, we are welcomed by a cosy living-dining room with views to the bay and a decorative fireplace that adds a touch of warmth. There is also a guest toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace and a winter barbecue.
In addition, we have two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a terrace of about 40 m2 with a large built-in wardrobe, and the second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, terrace, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

There is a three-sided pool table that converts into a ping-pong table, a professional table football, electronic darts, dartboards for children, various games (chess, Parcheesi, cards, poker, and more!), and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. You won't be short of anything! Furthermore, this cosy lounge leads out to the private swimming pool and gardens, where you can relax in the sun or enjoy a good book, music or a rest in the cotton hammocks. And on the terrace, you will find a summer barbecue that maintains the traditional Mallorcan charm.
And if you like sports, in the garden you will find a football goal and a basketball hoop. And best of all, the rooms and common areas are incredibly spacious!
And best of all, you can enjoy the whole house! There are two toilets (one outside), four en-suite bathrooms, two bathrooms (one outside) and a bathroom.
We do not accept groups of young people under 30 years of age or stag and hen parties.
It is strictly forbidden to receive guests who do not belong to the reservation.
ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IS INCLUDED. Please use the air conditioning and other electrical devices responsibly and leave them switched off when not in use. Summary: Very roomy home in quiet neighborhood. However home needs maintenance and a thorough cleaning inside and out. Home feels neglected. Virtually ever area outside requires power washing especially around the pool area. Outdoor furniture on the balconies is cheap and uncomfortable. Pillows on beds are flat and uncomfortable. Insufficient towels. Real potential here if owner paid some attention.

Summary: This experience was divided. First it’s important to say that Xisco, the property manager, was fabulous. The best we’ve ever had. He was helpful to a fault and available and responsive whenever we needed him. He personally, by virtue of his kindness and professionalism, made our holiday great. The property, while fine, was nowhere near as sparkling. A property this expensive should be better. The showers, the beds, the kitchen implements, the poolside equipment - all were less than they should be at this price.

Summary: This place ist great, not only for families also for a bigger group is friends. We were 8 people so there was plenty of space and all the activities (basketball hoop, pool, table tennis, games etc.) Are really cool to have. Just be aware that you really cannot be loud outside during quiet hours. But you can still sit by the pool and enjoy a great bbq 👌 Would recommend!

Summary: Mercedes and Cisco were fantastic. Xisco met me at check in at the time I requested. He gave a walkthrough of the property which was very helpful since there was so much to it. He was responsive via WhatsApp to any questions I had during my stay and check out was simple. The property was great. Pool and barbeque areas were very nice. Downstairs game room was a hit. Was very nice having multiple dishwashers and washing machine for clothes. Each room had its own air conditioning for the most part which was very nice (some of my friends who stayed elsewhere were not so lucky). Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend the property and Mercedes and Xisco to anyone!

Summary: The house is perfect for a large group, which we were. It is spacious and there is every amenity to be confortable and entertained. Xisco, the property manager, is very pleasant and easy going. It is located in a quiet, residential area. The view is gorgeous. A car is most needed as the property is not in the village. Also, it would be nice to have more than one pair of sheets and 2 towels per guest, especially with no dryer. Otherwise it is exactly as described. I do recommend the Mercardo in the village!
