House located in the town of Calvia with beautiful sunny views and in a very quiet area of the town of Calvia a few minutes walk to the town center. It consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one located next to the rooms and the other in the area of the covered terrace at the bottom of the house, a kitchen equipped with all the living room appliances, and a very large entrance terrace in the front of the house. About 5 minutes from the beach of Palma Nova Magaluf, and Santa Ponsa where there are leisure areas shops, bars, discos etc. About 20 minutes from the airport and 15 from Palma and the port.
The house also has national and international television and free Wi-Fi. And of heat and cold pumps in all rooms and living room. The town's markets are Mondays. It is located 10 minutes from the western park water park, Marineland, Kathmandu.

Summary: A spacious, neat home. The contact with the owner is very pleasant. The view of the church in te village is very beautiful. The village of Calvía is nice and quiet, but the sights are nearby. The beach for example is10 minutes drive by car. Excellent home for a family with childeren or several adults.

Summary: Tolo is a very kind and welcoming person. Helpful and responds immediately. But dont expect the very small garden to be of any use. It is useless because it is totally overgrown and has a much too big tree in the middle with foliage thar blocks both sun and view from the lover terrace. It probably happened little by little so noone noticed it. But the picture with two sunloungers in the sun is unfortunately not corresponding with actual conditions 😓

Summary: We really enjoyed our Holiday in Calvia. Everything in appartment was like expected. The hosts are very friendly and supported us with different wishes in advance. I can recommand this appartment as a great home for all who are interested in cultural and nature trips in south-west Mallorca.

Summary: Husband and wife staying with daughter and partner for relaxing break. Had a great stay. Loved the villa and location. Few minutes from village shops and bars. Easy taxi ride to palma nova or Santa ponsa. Owners where great even after we snapped the garage key in the lock! Loved the different levels to sit out. Only thing I might add is a full size ironing board as there was only a small table top one. Other than that there is nothing to improve on. Grateful for the bread. Milk. Jam etc on arrival as we got there fairly late in the evening. All communication with owner was excellent with replies to my many questions speedily. Views from balcony were amazing. Sat out each night with a few drinks moon watching waiting for it to appear over the mountains. Highly recommend.

Summary: Firstly I would like to say how the owners responded very promptly to all of our questions prior to and after our arrival and due to Hurricane Irma our dates changed a couple of times and they were very accommodating. The property has a great view from the terrace, overlooking the village of Calvia, the hills and beyond, it is very pleasing. Lots of sun. The house is a simple village property, with entrance hall, living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower no bath), kitchen with large refrigerator, gas stove & dishwasher & terrace on one floor, then down an outside staircase to another large covered terrace & bathroom (shower no bath) with washing machine. The village bars, small shops and a great restaurant called C'an Torrat are a short walk away. Within 10 minutes you can be in the tourist areas and at the beach. There is an air conditioning machine in one of the bedrooms as well as ceiling fans in all 3. The WiFi worked well, there is satellite tv with a predominance of German speaking programmes, the only English speaking ones were BBC World News, Sky News and CNN. Two of the bedrooms have tv's with Spanish channels. We have Amazon Prime so took the necessary cable with us and were able to stream movies via the internet from our laptop to the tv. Worked perfectly. The house was very clean, beds very comfortable. As the owners are new to the short term rental market, we left a list of suggestions to enhance their tenants' stays. The next door neighbours are also very friendly. We used to live in this area many years' ago and felt very comfortable in the property and wouldn't hesitate to return.
