Summary: Great service by staff and spacious rooms. Breakfast area was limited in rush hours in the weekend, had to wait some few minutes before getting to the buffet. Two chefs prepared omelettes and french toast and other hot dishes. As always in Japan, it’s impeccable!

Summary: Awesome place to stay at the Izu Peninsula. it's very close to the Zoo and Mount Omuro. my kids love the indoor heated pool.

Summary: Huge hotel room with great view. Lots of amenities including game room, onsen etc. Thoughtful design for guests with pets. The only drawback is that there aee no utensils / cookware in the kitchen.

Summary: Great service, great facilities. Made a mistake with the booking that I realised on the day No problems, they fixed it, and accommodated us. I don’t write reviews often, but cant recommend it more.

Summary: The staff was very kind and helpful. The suite was also very clean and spacious. This hotel is perfect for a small group trip. They offer a free shuttle service that you need to reserve in advance. Although I'd recommend renting a car if you'd like to explore different places near the hotel, the shuttle service helps a lot! My only regrets are that it rained during our stay and that we didn't book a long stay. You could definitely do 4 days or more! It's a beautiful hotel.

Summary: Beautiful ocean view from our room and the bathtub captured that view. Very traditional set up for Japanese families and the Onsen was lovely. Being able to sit under a cherry blossom tree in full bloom and look out to the ocean in a hot spring was a true highlight of our trip. Where the property let us down, was that the restaurant was booked out every day and there was no options for vegetarian or any western menu. Luckily there was a full kitchen in our unit so we could cook, however we had to pay ¥400 to borrow cooking facilities which was unusual. The hotel itself is a little tired, wasn’t too clean and much of the property desperately needs updating. My husband and I had a single bed each but our daughter had to sleep on a fold up futon on the tatami mat floor in a room with no ventilation which she didn’t seem to mind. Given the location of property, I think it has a real potential but we wouldn’t stay there again. We would’ve been better in an Airbnb because there was no benefit of being in a hotel apart from the lovely onsen. We noticed that were the only Westerners staying there, so this property clearly only caters for Japanese tourists and not international visitors.

Summary: Breakfast buffet was great. But time to stop imposing the silly Covid-era measures in the dining area, all of which have proven to be without any scientific or medical basis. If there are guests that complain about removing such measures, they should just stay at home with their neuroses and not bother to leave their homes. Other than that, what a lovely dog friendly place to stay! The pool is great; I would just ask the management to consider revising the morning opening times which make it difficult to enjoy the pool and onsen, in addition to taking breakfast.
