Summary: Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day

Summary: Easy check-in, nice staff, good restaurant, good minimarket, good fast washing machines (€5), car parking included in room, hotel outside of ZTL-zones, small rooms but good with two toilets and two showers in a four-bed cabin.

Summary: their no beach to go 300 meter away like they say. what they call beach it is nasty, you cant go to the beach to swimm or to lay and sun. you can only see from top of the rocks wheir you walk what they call beach. you cant go down to the water and it is nasty and smell their. alote of peopel wheir really mad about this. you need a car to go to the beach and it is not nice their eaither and you have to pay extra money, their no ocean with waves and the water is not clean and not deep. the pool is big and it is nice thier for kids,.by the littel shows at night what they do for the kids is allways the same everyday and they just do it in italyen lanuge.no english or german that the other kids understand, same with the music and tv. no waylan goes, they say waylan is free but it didnt go in. if you dont need no beach it is a good vaction for kids they have a pool game room and they can play tennis and they have a fitness . the bunglows are good and you can park in front from your bunglow and you have a patty to sit in front of your bunglows. it is verry nice and clean inside the village. i was their four times allready but each year i have a feeling it is getting worse, the staff that work at the cafe or not that nice, no hallo or than you its like they dont care if you wont to buy somthing thier, the last years was much better with the staff. this year the staff that work inside didnt care much if you said good morning or hallo. the cleaning office staff wheir really nice.

Summary: Villagio Ca'Laguna is located 10 min from Grado, a nice tourist town by the coast. Each apartment consists of a ground floor and a first floor with a separate bedroom, in townhouses. The small bathroom has a shower and the small kitchen has the very basic utensils. There is no dishwasher and no cleaning rags or detergent, that one has to buy somewhere in a supermarket. The air conditioning was very needed in the hot summer days. There is a big refrigerator and freezer. A small terrasse functions as the dining area. Great shades to allow good sleep. The pool area is rather big, one big pool is reserved mostly for children, is shallow and warmer than the other pool, that is deeper, colder and reserved for adults. The area is secluded, close to nature, but the walk to the best beach is best to do it by bike or car. The aparthotel is best to be reached by car. There is a washer and dryer near the pool area and costs 3EUR. The reception people are very helpful and hospitable. The area is great for short stays on the move between other locations in Italy but it also can be used as the base where to take tours to various areas within 1h such as the nearby Grado, a very nice town full of life in the evening, with great cafes and restaurants, and shops, the border city Trieste, the countries of Croatia and Slovenia, and a nice shopping center 30 min away at the highway. The area nearby the aparthotel has various camping home locations, and is filled with tourist families.
