Positive: Beautiful grounds, attractive, well equipped and clean apartment in a very central location in Playa. Potable hot and cold water. Staff surprised my husband on his very special birthday with a bottle of wine, a card, and a room full of balloons. Excellent service from all the staff we encountered. Would definitely stay here again, despite the few small complaints mentioned below.
Negative: Lack of outlets near the bed. Could either use the bedside lamp or the white noise machine, but not both at the same time. Low water pressure...more of a sprinkle than a shower. Frosted glass doors don't allow for a completely dark bedroom. The street noise on our third night was astonishingly loud, until well after 4 a.m.

Positive: The apartment was very spacious, secure, and very private. The staff were excellent, from reception to maintenance team. Everything was very well maintained. I read reviews about it being noisy, and the page even warned about noise in the area, however, once inside the apartment, I could hardly hear anything from the busy 5th avenue. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.
Negative: I could not fault a thing. Very well priced, and great value for money.
Summary: Excellent, 10/10 from me
