Positive: Lovely pool and terrace, right on the water’s edge. Easy walk into the town for some good restaurants.
Negative: It wasn’t clear that the property was within a holiday park (although under separate ownership). It was also between several staff quarters for the restaurant next door, which resulted in quite a lot of late night noise. The property also has a parking spot but the driveway is so tight and full of cars and washing from the neighbouring staff quarters that it’s virtually impossible to park there (it took 20 minutes to get out one day, and another day we were completely blocked in by the restaurant’s delivery of fire wood). Lastly, no bedding was provided for the cot and there was limited bedding for the twin beds. I requested a sheet for the cot and was told that these were not available but after a few days of using towels for bedding, a sheet was provided. The furniture was also very dated and rickety.

Positive: Spacious, great location, good pool, great restaurant right next to the villa with helpful and friendly stuff and it’s quiet. You will only hear the sea at night.
Summary: Perfect for a family, should keep this a secret because we want to book it often.
