Summary: A Beautiful villa , close to the beach and 30 minutes walk to the near village, 10 minutes walk to the shop and restaurant.We had a such a great time, very safe , beautiful and handy location . Definitely recommend to everyone! Amazing host, from warm welcome to showing as everything around , very helpful !

Summary: Roberto's place is great! The location is perfect. 5 min walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets & a short stroll to the town centre. Make sure to grab a late night gelato and do as the locals do and stroll through the main street. We had a car which was perfect for exploring beaches outside of walking distance & grabbing groceries. Also make sure to book a day trip on a boat so you don't miss out on the beaches you can't access by foot. All in all Roberto's place is highly recommended.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hosts are very friendly and communication worked well even though they didn’t speak English that well. The house is very clean and equipped with all the necessities. The garden was amazing for our kids to play and the pool is just perfect. The surroundings are quiet and walk to the beach is easy. Unfortunately there are not many restaurant options in walking distance. But the food was amazing! Everyone is very friendly, also to the kids. We would’ve loved to move our checkout to a later time because our ferry was only leaving at night. Maybe an option for a later checkout would be a great additional value. Overall perfect holiday stay, thank you!

Summary: Great set up for two families holidaying together as the living quarters were separate but the communal spaces shared. It worked very well for our group. The houses are well equipped with all you need for cooking and dining, lovely outside bbq area which we enjoyed, good size pool for children, loungers, outdoor showers, washing machines etc. 10 mins walk to the closest beach at Villacampu and approx 30mind walk to Villasimius. A great set up for a holiday in the Villasimius region.

Summary: We had a great time in the villa of Roberto. It is close to many outstanding beaches. The house is very clean and cosy, with style and the heart, thanks to Roberto's wife for that. Terrace is spacious and the garden is amazing, with olive trees and granats. The neighbourhood is very quite and has the sardinian flair.

Summary: Very comfortable house for living and taking rest in quiet and nice neighborhood. Five minutes walk to the beach through a little pine forest. There is a small self-service restaurant for lunch just near the beach as well a regular restaurant for dinner. A lot of wonderful beaches & restaurants reachable by car. 5 minutes by car to the historic town center of Villasimius. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Property is new, clean, light with all needed facilities. Highly recommended.
