Positive: Clean, has every facility expected of an apartment (except laundry machine, but there is a laundry in the building), staff replies promptly and is very helpful and courteous with flawless English communication. The area is very well developed, clean and peaceful. It has all facilities and amenities of daily life within walking distance.
Negative: The area is quite far from the city center.

Positive: Steller view and great kitchen amenities including sink and toaster oven. Loved the dog greeting me when I came back in the evenings. Great bath and shower. Ample living space and closet space. Assuming the pricing remains competitive, I will definately book again for my next trip up to Keremeos.
Negative: Having a bedside table to put a water glass, books, etc. in the bedroom would have been more convenient. Microwave was small. The kitchen water heater under the sink was off upon arrival so had to spend time figuring out why there was no hot water. Just turned it on and all was good.

Positive: Wonderful, clean cottage, fully equipped. Lovely surroundings. My only suggestions would be to have a bed shelf or table beside the King bed. Bed lights in the Queen bedroom didn't work despite finding the switch hidden beside bed. There was only 1 remote to control the light/fan between the 2 bedrooms. Large dinner plates couldn't fit in microwave. These are all minor observations, and in no way prevented us enjoying this lovely property, and will definitely return.
