Positive: Fantastic apartment, really well appointed, everything you would need. The decor is a lot of fun and we felt right at home the minute we walked in. Only a few minutes walk from the train station, there is a bakery and small supermarket across the street. And the apartment is within walking distance of lots of small restaurants and bars. The old town (our favourite part of Perpignan) is only a short walk away. There is plenty of air conditioning and heating, and the windows are double glazed and have electric shutters, so the apartment is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Positive: Carole and Didier, the owners, live above, which is very convenient. They are great people. Didier even drove me to the train station! The apartment is located at walking distance from the train station and the city centre. It is well equipped and very comfortable! The small garden/patio is a plus!!! I highly recommend it!!!

Positive: Everything was very clean and the owner always ready to help. A very warm welcoming. The flat had everything to cook, and to spend a wonderful stay. The vintage furniture added a very special touch. The pet was welcome.

Positive: Everything was wonderful, we loved our staying here and would definitely return. The apartment was lovely, equipped with all needed, the location was also perfect, in a very beautiful and calm area and within walking distance from city center. Several market-shops are nearby, parking also available around the address. Our hosts were very attentive and offered all support we needed. We hope to have the pleasure in returning some day.

Positive: The decor was unusual and quirky. It had a lovely little yard to sit in which was private due to the plants and trees there. The air conditioning was fabulous and it had electric shutters at the windows which made it really dark for a good nights sleep. large comfy bed.

Positive: Quite big, quiet, the owners were super lovely and easy-going! They helped to accommodate all my needs.
Negative: A couple of small issues are that the wifi was a bit slow if a good quality video call is needed but fast enough to do regular work. Also, the flat is a bit humid but nothing outside of the norm.
Summary: Overall, great value for money, it’s comfy, well located and the hosts are wonderful! Would recomend.

Positive: Honest property description which is refreshing nowadays. Quiet location in residential area. 10 mins walk to bus/train station. Owner ensured contactable which was good to know but in my case not necessary. Apartment had everything I needed. Ideal to have a supermarket 2 mins walk away. Overall I felt it was good vale for money.
Negative: I struggled a bit with the bed - maybe a plan to replace mattress in foreseeable future worth considering.
