Positive: I've been there several times and I like the ability for my wife and I to cook. And I like that we are familiar with the place and the area.

Negative: Missing pots and pans, and plates, glasses, and mugs, and ice trays. Add some of what was there should be replaced, and the stove should be upgraded. It has dropped a little, but I'll give it another chance.
