Summary: Perfect location for bidding both parks. Clean and cozy. Communication was great. Made for great weekend getaway. Would stay here again.

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed at the Virgin River Retreat for a week and loved it! The location was wonderful as it was right on the river and had undeveloped land behind it making it feel very secluded even though it was right on the road. It was within an hour or less drive to Zion NP, Bryce NP, the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Kanab’s Peekaboo slot canyon and Kanab. Orderville was a 10 minute drive and had a darling coffee/bakery shop that we frequented. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and the upstairs bedroom was plenty spacious for the three of them. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed having our coffee on the deck that overlooked the river. A few things would have made our stay more enjoyable but were not deal-breakers: Get more plates-there were not enough plates for our family to have more than one meal without needing to wash dishes. Also, the dishwasher didn’t actually clean the dishes, they came out looking just a dirty. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a table & lamp on both sides of the king bed in the main-level bedroom. We loved our stay!

Summary: It was a great location for Zion and Bryce Parks! A few updates to the cabin would make it a perfect vacation home. We enjoyed our comment to cabin and in the Glendale Mount Carmel area.
