Summary: Fellow at the front desk was very abrupt. But fast. Blinds don't cover window properly and it was very bright. Beds were comfortable

Summary: Staff were very freindly, the room.was clean but needed maintenence. Peeiling and bubbling paint near the ceiling on the outer wall. Carpets in thebhallway well worn and needed aerious cleaning. Arm chair in room had seriousley stained seat cushion.

Summary: Redeemed one of our free nights we earned to stay at this hotel. The window in our room, 223, faced a hallway that seemed to be used by employees. When we turned off all the lights in our room to go to sleep there was a lot of light coming into the room from the lights that were on in that hallway. My husband and I are both sensitive to light when sleeping so I called down to the front desk and asked if the lights were able to be turned off for the night as it was letting a lot of light still into our room. The employee said yes they would come and turn them off. 45 minutes went by and the lights were still on, I called down again to inquire and a different employee answered. She told me they were working on getting them off and having a little trouble with Iy. She also told me that if I wanted to I could speak to the manager (who would be at work Tuesday, we were staying there Saturday night). I confirmed that they would be turned off at some point tonight and she assured me that they would be. The lights were NOT turned off at any point in the evening. Which really affected our sleep. So if you get put on floor 2, with a window looking into a weird hallway be prepared for the sun to shine around your curtain all night long and the hotel will not move you to a different room. They did not even offer it after stating they were having trouble getting them off.

Summary: The room was tidy and comfortable. The parking lot was a bit sketchy, and smokers were at the door so you had to walk through smoke to get inside.

Summary: Hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to the airport. My flight landed well after midnight. My son was picking me up as I am not from town. He was arriving earlier than my flight and hotel would not let him check into my room without me nor would they let me change the reservation to his name. This was unreasonable, in my opinion. The lady I spoke to on the phone was neither kind nor accommodating. She was also the one who checked us in and was not pleasant at all. Outside of the customer service, the room gave us a good night’s sleep and I would book here again.
