Summary: I stayed with Vision apartment 5 star rating. It was so good an year ago. But now the walkways are dirty and smelly. The wifi doesn’t work. Also some strange people standing in front my room scrolling the phone. The staff were blocking the, when I was in a rush to leave the airport. They blocked the lift twice (on two lifts) to transport the house keeping accessories. Most immortally I didn’t get the access code until I get to Zurich. When I chased them they asked to email the ID copy. This is unacceptable. The automated system should have sent an email to provide the ID proof few days prior to the stay. Not happy with the booking and the stay this time.
