The small carriage house has been converted into a rec house with a slate topped pool table, two daybed sofas and a 50" LED flat screen TV. A perfect place for the kids to go hang away from the adults.

A refreshing mineral spring soaking pool is perfect for cooling down on hot summer days. Dog friendly, a constant flow of spring water means no pool chemicals are needed. Soaking pool is 8 feet in diameter and 30” deep. Vermont has been historically known for its therapeutic mineral springs. Summer hotels such as the Equinox in Manchester and the Woodstock Inn as well as our own Wallingford House hotel all began their lives as mineral spring hotels. Attracting summer guest from as far south as Washington, and west to Chicago.

Summary: This home was ideal for our needs! Spacious and open with all of the amenities needed for an easy relaxing stay. Thoughtfully appointed, neat and tidy. Sleeping areas are plentiful. Lots of room to relax and gather, perfect for a small to medium group (there were only 4 in our party and a small dog). The screened outdoor dining area and back porch with Adirondack chairs overlook a fenced in area (perfect for the dog). It includes a fire pit area, picnic table and grill. The spring fed dipping pool is a nice bonus! The local area is great for walking, tree lined streets and charming homes. We would highly recommend this property!

Summary: CHRISTOPHER was extremely prompt in his responses, easily accessible and happy to help! Our ac was ok and the plunge pool filled upon our arrival. Having a fenced in yard was great for the kids and dogs. Great spot, great host, great weekend!!

Summary: The pictures do not give this home justice. It was super clean, spacious and warm. It was a perfect place to spend with family while it snowed. 20 minutes to Okemo. Christopher was great host. He made sure everything we needed was available and he even got a work out, shoveling the snow. Our dogs loved meeting Indy and Commerce. Thanks Again!

Summary: The house is marvelous. The interior is thoroughly modernized and decorated tastefully and comfortably. The kitchen and bathrooms are hospitable, modern and clean. WiFi works and the TV is too. Very recommended. Note that Wallingford had no grocery store so either bring some with you or head over to nearby Rutlay for supplies.
