Positive: We had a lovely week skiing here with two teenage kids. The apartment is quiet, newly refurbished, very well equipped and has a balcony with stunning mountain views. Location is in a small village outside Seefeld, very well connected by an hourly bus that brings you to Seefeld and the ski lifts at Gschwandtkopf (for Skiing at Roßhütte you need to connect to another bus at the station, but this is also totally feasible). I was positively surprised that we really didn’t need a car. What makes this place really special is the lovely hosts, who provided an amazing breakfast and made us feel welcome and well looked after.

Positive: Had an amazing stay, it's an idea place if you're planning for a ski holiday, owner and her husband were amazing, they helped us with so many things. Breakfast was exceptional. There are also really pretty Austrian towns nearby. This place is great value for money.

Positive: Lovely hosts. The breakfast was superb. We enjoyed our stay very much. Good restaurant just up the road & quite a few including a good Indian feast is seefeld

Negative: No bar fridge so could not keep water cold. Suggest popping small one under desk if possible.

Positive: We have a room with an amazing view on Alps with balcony, where you can spend sunset with some wine :) Breakfast was very good, like you expected, big supermarket in the neighbor city and few trails just in few minutes by foot. Room was very warm and comfortable with all needed stuff, parking also available for guests just behind the guesthouse. Highly recommended place to stay!
