Positive: The hotel staff for the most part was very cordial. Excellent manager who finally resolved our issues by letting us check out early. The outside pool was nice, but only when warm outside. It was unpleasant to walk through the lobby and be outside in the cold during the winter. Breakfast was great and their desserts were amazing at dinner.

Negative: Overall cleanliness was not great. Both of our "nonsmoking" rooms reeked of cigarettes. We complained right away and were told it's the chemicals they use to clean, not cigarettes. Obviously that was not true. It took two days of negotiations to cut our stay short, because it was very hard to stay in those rooms as nonsmokers. The situation at the dinner buffet was not great either in regards to cleanliness, and some food was definitely reused the next day. There was also little regard for food allergies, and you couldn't order a la carte from their restaurant after 5PM. Overall very disappointing experience that I'm glad we cut short. For the same price we moved to a 5 star hotel in Bursa. They really need to reevaluate their facilities/service, and at least lower the price to match what they offer. a 7 is being generous

Positive: The room was spacious. The hotel is very clean. The spa, massage, and Turkish bath were great!

Negative: The lunch (inclusive) lacked variety and was not that good.

Positive: Great hotel facilities (outside the rooms) and very good location. The food was decent and plenty. The staff was very nice and helpful with the exception of the manager.

Negative: The room had fallen wallpaper and not very clean. We booked a suite for a family of five. The suite had 2 ACs. However, both were not working and blowing hot air. In addition, the suite was very hot, and the ACs kept shutting off exactly every hour, including all night. We called for help but did not get any, and we could not sleep at all the first night. The next morning, we spoke to the manager, who kept coming up to the rooms to check the ACs. After he was convinced, he told us to wait for the service company, which never showed up. Finally, after hours of argument with the management, they offered to change the suite to another one with working ACs.

Positive: Staff (especially room cleaning staff and all other general area cleaning staff were wonderful, also Fulya in Spa area, Ugur and Aysegul in breakfast/dinner area), hotel's location, facilities and cleanliness. Spa area (thermal pool, sauna and hamam at floor -1 were wonderful, fresh and clean always). Live music during dinner was lovely which unfortunately was only for first 2 days of our stay. Free 1.5lt water per day left at the room and free water at breakfast and dinner. Supermarkets and organic bazaar nearby hotel, 5-10 minute walk. Wifi was good only in the room and by reception, unfortunately very weak by sitting area by the pool or just outside reception.

Negative: We would have liked a safe in the room and lockers in spa area. Non were available, although no theft or similar happened you dont want to carry around your belongings. There were literally 500+ tv channels, local and national plus few arabic/religious channels available on tv but no other international (news, film or music) channels. Food was very tasty and good selection for a few days until hotel became full. Then strangely food options and portions for breakfast and dinner became limited. It was obvious that same side dishes or mains from the day before (dinner) were redesigned, recooked and served as a new dish during next day's dinner. No fruits were served at breakfast or dinner, which was a disappointment. We would have really liked some simple fruits for breakfast and dinner. No yoghurt, no healthy cereals (available cereals were all sugar coated or chocolate coated), no honey for breakfast. And coffee was not good at all because of the machine. Wifi was weak outside reception area. Staff was fantastic, they did their best always. Really appreciate especially cleaning staff.
