Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Harbor Town Home at the SPI Golf Course. This Harbor Town home is a 3 bedroom ,2.5 bath with 2 car garage located in the marina in a eight-plex two story building with 1,760. sq. ft . It has a patio deck with a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Harbor Town home includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 set of bunk beds with a full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a half bath located on the first floor off of the living/kitchen area.
The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 3 heated pools( one pool is located at the Harbors, 2nd pool is located by the club house and 3rd pool is located by in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

Summary: This stay was not planned or a typical vacation. We are originally from Brownsville and we were told that my father only had days to live if that. My brothers, sister and I were lucky to find this location. We did not spend many days at this townhouse but the couple that we did was amazing. It offered us the kind of mental break we each needed. The marina, pool, and beautiful townhouse was more than we expected and we were grateful that we got it. The property management team even helped us with extending our stay because our dad’s funeral was a couple days after our original check out date. We loved everything about this place. So, “Thank You!” Maybe we can come for another visit and stay here again. The Saenz Family.
