Welcome to Viva Las Scottsdale – our newest luxury getaway – featuring your own private Casino & outdoor Vegas-style Beach Club. Each of the 6 bedrooms (sleeps 16) is modeled after an iconic Las Vegas hotel so the photo opportunities are endless and the experience is uniquely memorable. Viva Las Scottsdale is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, where each room was designed to provide a different and unique experience. Just five minutes outside of Old Town and 15 minutes from the airport, the property is conveniently located close to all of Scottsdale’s hotspots!
Upon entering, you’ll wander into the common area – an entertainer’s dream. The expansive living room features a custom-built bar, a pool table, and TV lounge area. Just ahead is the ‘Casino’, which features a full-sized poker table, roulette table, and a real slot machine!
Through the Casino, exit the double sliding doors to the oversized backyard which has been converted into your own Vegas-style Beach Club. Enjoy the sparkling pool, float in the pool loungers, or watch TV under the cabana while relaxing in the daybeds. Cook a meal in the outdoor kitchen and eat at the large outdoor dining table. Finish off the day on the mini golf course, and relax under the glow of the string lights and fire pit. Don’t forget to get a photo (or 20) next to the beautiful custom mural - Viva Las Scottsdale!
*Pool can be heated upon request with a minimum length of two days. The request needs to be 2 days prior to check-in. Heating fee will be $100 a day*
Viva Las Scottsdale features 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in an efficient split-level layout. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom and bathroom featuring a TV and a dramatic Vegas-style king size bed. The master features an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. On the main level, you’ll find three more bedrooms and another large bathroom with a double vanity. On the lower level, you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Every bedroom has its own distinctive décor and vibe, modeled closely after a different iconic Las Vegas hotel.

This monitor does not record audio and are only on the outside of the home. We want to make sure you have the best possible time without any outside interruptions, while keeping our neighbors happy as well!

Summary: This is a great place to stay for a bachelorette weekend! All of us girls had the best time. There was plenty of space for all of us and everything was decorated so cute. The pool was very clean and nice and the perfect temperature to cool off from the heat. Kendra was very responsive to anything we needed and was overall a great host. The house was only 15 mins from the airport and 10 minutes to any of the restaurants/outings we were going to. Would definitely recommend!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! Property management changed hands in Oct. and we weren’t informed. Communication was a bit challenging as we neared the Christmas holiday, but was really good after, so I think it was just the challenge of holidays. There were some rate changes with the new management, but they honored the old rates and worked with us on some last minute changes which we greatly appreciated! It’s a wonderful open concept living area, great bedrooms, which are all nicely sized, super comfy beds! Fun yard games. They are working on getting the slot machine serviced, so that wasn’t available, and only one of four pool sticks is working, so that hopefully will be remedied for future guests. One of the bathroom shower doors is a half door, so the wall gets sprayed, but we made that work with towels. There are SO many towels and a super quiet washer/dryer. Tons of plates, bowls, cooking and baking supplies, silverware, etc. Very well stocked! And plenty of pods for dishwasher and laundry! There is also a wine fridge and a super sweet stove and convection or regular oven. We would definitely stay here again. Check in process was super easy, I just wish we could’ve come in earlier without having to pay extra. It should be available once it’s clean, especially for long distance travelers. Getting out by 10 was a bit challenging, A 3pm-11am, like hotels, or a bit of flexibility if not back to back bookings, would be helpful for future stays. Couch is SO comfy too and we enjoyed the firepit until the gas ran out. The second canister was empty, and the first wasn’t too full, so those will need to be stocked for future guests. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks again Tom! We really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated your flexibility during our stay!

Summary: This was a great property to stay at for a long weekend. The location is great and offers quick trips to Old Town, Phoenix, and many golf courses and hikes. The house was very clean and well kept. There were some smaller things that we could not find like. grilling utensils and extra blankets. The bath towels were all damp as well. Overall, it was a great, 5 star experience, I’m just including the downsides so that they can be improved for future stays! Thank your for having us.
