Positive: The staff were exceptional. Ashih, Sangay, and Mingma went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we wanted and needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience stand out. In addition, the rooms lived up to the brand’s reputation, comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms, and thoughtful regional touches that reflected great attention to detail.

Negative: The location is, as expected, away from Gangtok and closer to Pakyong Airport. The view from the airport viewpoint was stunning. Although many reviews mention that the road is in poor condition, it is currently being repaired, which should make access much easier soon.
