Positive: Location was great, sea facing room, but on 1st floo, which wasn't too bad actually. We enjoyed the view from our room. Food was good, service ok. The kind I would expect for a 3* hotel.
Negative: Their Wednesday bbq and sega evening was a bit too much. Our room was close to the restaurant so we heard everything as if we were there, even though we were not.

Positive: The room is spacious, has a large balcony, a beautiful view, and there is a kitchen and kitchenware. The beach is only for sunbathing and relaxation. If you want to swim, you will have to walk or drive to another beach. A very good beach can be reached in 5-7 minutes by car. There are two types of breakfast: English and Continental. The choice is not large.
Negative: During nine days of staying, breakfast became boring.

Positive: We could have not wished for a better hotel. The staff is more than friendly and made us feel like home, the food was delicious and from high quality, nice pool, directly at the beach, ... We were more than satisfied with our decision to book this hotel and we will come back for sure! Thank you again to the whole team, we really appreciated your hospitality.

Positive: The rooms was sunny, spacious and clean. The hotel has beachfront although it is not a swimming beach, you can walk a 100 metres to a swimming beach. Breakfast was tasty and plenty with friendly staff.
Negative: The parking area is very small.
Summary: We had an excellent stay. The accommodation was good value for money. The area is quiet and safe.

Negative: The room is badly maintained, towel holder fell apart, fridge bairly working, at night electricity went off. No good swimming beach nearby (there is a place to swim in 100 meters but the water there was muddy. Very unfriendly restaurant staff, food looked overpriced, so we did not have dinner there. Breakfast is not buffet.

Negative: Cyclone hitting the hotel and causing the restaurant to be closed - crisps & chocolate for dinner! - definitely can't blame the hotel though. Thank you to the guys who delivered breakfast to our room in the pouring rain!

Positive: It is not often that a 3 star hotel exceeds your expectations. But this one did: all staff genuinely kind, helpful and service minded. The "Le Skipper" restaurant provided a menu of great variety and quality, as well as excellent service and wonderful views over the beach, sea and sunset. Swimming at the lovely Pointe aux Biches beach just a lazy walk 100 m on the beach from the hotel.
Negative: Can't really think of anything.
