Positive: it was great! the flat had everything you might need, it was clean and comfortable. the terrace was spacious and comfortable as well. the air conditioner really helped during hot days, the flat was soundproof enough. there was free wine waiting for us in the fridge. the owner Maria was very friendly and helpful, let us check out whenever we were ready. also helped us get a taxi to the airport. there was a chicken farm next to the building, but it wasnt a problem at all, no smells or anything. just a very nice couple stay. the flat is close to both sea and the city. shops and taverns are everywhere nearby. there also was one cat (assuming it was half-domesticated) that came to visit us almost every night, he was very cuddly and reminded us of our own cat.
Negative: the cocks woke us up in the morning, but it was manageable by closing the windows for the night.
Summary: clean, modern and well equipped apartment perfect for a couple stay.

Positive: We genuinely enjoyed our stay at Voula. Our hosts were extremely welcoming, caring and cleaned the room regularly. They even provided us with some wonderful local wine with honey. You will enjoy the peace that this location offers along with close proximity to all important spots in Faliraki (center is 10 mins away). It also has a nice rural vibe as you will hear roosters from a nearby chicken farm here and there :) the apartment itself is very clean, modern and has everything you might need
Negative: The small chicken farm nearby wasn't a problem for us, as we got used to the roosters very quickly and had no difficulty sleeping despite their noises :) I'd suggest you to keep the AC on during the night, as it gets too hot to sleep otherwise, but these are all small things and Voula apartments are definitely a great choice if you're in Faliraki

Positive: New apartment in nice conditions, very clean. Owner was always available and very supportive via messaging function of booking.com and flexible with late check-out, etc.
Negative: The location is good as per maps, however the short road from sea/center towards the apartment is like a nomansland with garbage and plenty of alley cats, which makes the big terrace kind of useless as you can’t eat outside. Also there is a hen house attached to the building with 2-3 dozens of animals making it loud during day and night (as cats interact with hens) and stinky. Also alley cats are making noise over the night on the terrace. Besides the location, proper fence, some further furnitures on the terrace and some more equipment (more cuttlery, corkscrew, more dishes, more glasses) could make it a perfect stay.
Summary: Overall stay was good, once we got used to the conditions, though the surroundings did not make us happy.

Positive: Overal our stay was in Rhodos was wonderful and also the nice apartment was one of the reasons. We definitely return here. The owner was helpful with anything. They came for regular cleaning during our stay to change what needed to be changed etc. It is well situated, close to beach, big supermarket, car rental, and has a wonderful view to sun rise and sun set. It has everything you need for even a long stay. Apartment is brand new, nicely designed, so you have a very good feeling being there. The apartment is very big, very sunny, with enough room for placing our clothes.
