Summary: I feel like the hotel staff are rushed to attend to the constantly changing tourists. There seems to be an attitude of just getting by since they will check out by tomorrow, no matter what happens. Although I received complimentary spa tickets, However I couldn't make an appointment. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a good location.

Summary: Rooms comfortable, quiet, and clean, staff very attentive and professional. Area around hotel very walkable and close to shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again.

Summary: This our second stay. The first one was in 2018. The quality of breakfast declined a little. The person who prepares the omelets needs a lot of training. The person who prepared the omelets during our 10-day stay always overcooked the outside of the omelets to a brown color burn, but left the inside very raw. The staff in the breakfast diner is absent minded and not attentive enough.

Summary: Location was excellent and most convenient. The staff so helpful and knowledgeable. Our upgraded room was so spacious and the bed so comfortable.

Summary: I already seated my comments. The only other issue is the hotels lobby restrooms that were on the lower level are not that clean. I guess it’s because of the Easter ceremony, but it definitely needs some help.
