Summary: The apartment was quite comfortable and spacious. My wife and I loved the neighborhood (Antiguo), with its dense collection of bars and shops and proximity to Andaretta beach. José was a great host; he gave us a tour of the neighborhood and responded quickly to inquiries. Despite the urban setting, the apartment was generally quiet. Traffic or other urban noise (from the bars etc.) was not a problem. There were nights, however, in which inconsiderate neighbors were quite loud with their TV and movements until late in the night.

Summary: Excellent location with plenty of local facilities. Jose was great host giving lots of hints and tips for our stay. Highly recommend this property

Summary: Very clean and comfortable. Nice to be out of the main tourist area and around where the locals live. A thirty minute walk to the old town along the beach front Lots of bars close by for a drink and lots of food choices. Jose was a very caring and helpful owner.

Summary: Jose was at the apartment to greet us and show us around. The apartment was clean, quite large and well equipped and very comfortable. Great to have parking under the building. Some really good restaurants, supermarkets and parks - the restaurants were so much better and a lot cheaper than in old town which is very touristy. Jose also gave a bus ticket to use which was very kind. Highly recommend - we had a great stay,

Summary: We loved staying at Jose Luis’ apartment! The apartment itself is well decorated and has character. One of the rooms has a desk, so I was able to work for part of my stay. The location is quiet and less touristy, and we enjoyed the beach nearby! There are also some nice restaurants in the vicinity. Jose Luis was waiting for us when we checked in, and he gave us an overview of the apartment and the neighborhood. Jose Luis was very helpful - he even helped us with our luggage. We would stay here again!

Summary: Jose Luis was a perfect host, the appartment had everything we needed! We strongly recommend everybody to come to Donostia San Sebastian and enjoy the spanish athmosphere in this appartment❤️ Jose Luis gave us very useful tips where to go and what to see and how. We are travellers so we know what we are talking about😊

Summary: We loved all the great restaurants in the neighborhood!! The bus or by foot you can get anywhere! We walked downtown, it’s beautiful and an easy walk, we spent time on the beach too. Just loved our stay in San Sebastián, thank you JL!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here enormously. It is a very nice apartment, and offers everything we needed, including parking. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and sufficient amenities, shops and restaurants, are near by. It only takes 10 minutes to the beach, and the buses are also quite useful. Jose Luis was very well-coming, and gave us good guidance as to where to go. The bus pass is a great idea.

Summary: Great place. Walked to the old town along the water several times. About 2 miles but beautiful and flat. Nice neighborhood. Picked up croissants for breakfast and made coffee in the flat. Easy to get from there to other Basque towns by car. Host was terrific. Showed us around and left good local info.
